“It wasn’t very busy but everyone was doing “filler work” and it took a minute or so before anyone acknowledged me and told they’d be with me in a minute. It seems to me that loading cups and such like things could wait until after the customer is served. Food as always, very good.“
“Came in with a bunch of questions about a personalized cake, expecting the usual eye rolls, but instead, I got Jenn, the manager sent from the DQ Heavens.
She was kind, helpful, and somehow didn’t flinch at my barrage of oddly specific cake questions. While the rest of the staff looked like they were being held hostage by soft serve machines, Jenn was out here doing the Lord’s work. I witnessed the same great customer service to others in there as well.
Honestly, 5 stars—but they all go to Jenn. The rest of the crew looked like background extras in a zombie movie.“
