“Love this location and Simon the owner/manager was fantastic, I popped in at 10.00 not realizing they open at 11, he opened the door to me and was more that happy to let me in and help, I was buying a birthday cake so was super happy, he was really enjoyable to talk too, he didn’t have to and would have been quite in his right to send me away, his actions are what make a community. Thank you Simon.“

“We visited Dairy Queen and had a great quick stop.
There’s lots of seating, which is always a plus. We showed up about 15 minutes before closing and they had already stopped serving food, but were still offering ice cream — which was totally fine since that’s what we came for!
The staff were friendly and the service was quick, making it an easy and enjoyable visit. 🍦“
“Visited DQ on Sunday around 7:30 PM and it was extremely busy with a huge lineup. The trainee staff member made my order wrong twice, which was honestly frustrating after waiting so long. Thankfully, another girl from the staff with curly hair handled the situation professionally and made my order correctly. She was patient, quick, and knew what she was doing even during the weekend rush. Really appreciate her good customer service, she saved the whole experience.“
“I always love coming to this Dairy Queen when I'm at work. The lady who works there on weekdays (Ethiopian?, Eritrean?) is always so pleasant and charming. I assume to be honest that some of these other customers themselves have attitudes. I usually get a mini-Blizzard (age and wisdom will do that to ya) and it hits the spot. Once in a while I'll get a chili dog too.
Vegetarian options: They have a vegan thing, but it's just a circle on a stick.“
“1. No bloated menu. So the same burgers, fries, onion rings and sundaes only got improved on.
2. Ordering and paying on the app was flawless, and the feature to hold off on preparing your order until you get there works like a charm.
3. The current owners of the Victoria Dr Vancouver location that I frequent are fast (fast-food after all), and know what their doing in regards to prepping an order. Take a hint MacDonalds
11.26.2025 Still the same good service and food. Their kitchen needs to be updated so the staff don't get in each other's way and their outside fridge that holds the cakes/treats needs to open from the staff side to prevent theft.“

“Visited Dairy Queen Grill & Chill recently and had a really good experience. The ice cream and Blizzard were fresh, creamy, and definitely the best part of the visit. Service was quick and the staff was polite and friendly. The food was decent too, though desserts are clearly the highlight here. The place was clean and had a nice chill vibe overall. Great spot for hanging out with friends or satisfying late-night cravings!“

“Used dq app and got a free medium pop. The soft serve wasn't as cold as it could be on this summer hot day. My soft serve was getting melted early. The chocolate dipped cone was getting sloppy faster even though we were eating in the dining room with AC.“
