“Pretty good general impression, nice location and good service. Sad that they don't have cakes and stuff, but that's all because of available size and that it's the Treat (format) but not the full size DQ. I would recommend this place for anyone who likes ice cream, smoothies, juice, milkshakes or just DQ.“
“well i got to say that finally today i have faith in people again. i was giving up on man kind . lol . after having someone try to change my bank pin to get into my account at 4am, the bank lock my account. i went to the bank and got a knew card. they did not reset my card when i left. picked up my 4 year old from pre school and decided to take him to get a snack and ice cream at the dairy queen on fraser st. after i order a 33 dollar purchase my new card wouldnt work. i explained to the lady serving and said i will walk to a bank and fix the card and come back and the owner heard the conversation and came out front and said nono sir,have a seat and we will get your food and come back later and pay, i trust you. i havent heard that type of service for many years and i am in the hospitality industry myself. i was so impressed and he made me feel so good to be treated like that and then i remembered i had cash in my pocket and was able to pay that way and then he gave my son and ice cream for free. this is the kind of service that goes a long way. we will always give him our business going forward and they have great food. that kindness is almost gone in todays world. to the owner. if you read this , i want to thank you for today. you made my day“
“Love this specific location. I used to live here and Simon, the owner, is so lovely that my family and I keep returning even though it's quite far from us now.Service has always been excellent and the staff are always spot on with their recommendations. I also find that they are more accommodating with special requests for adding items to their blizzards etc than other locations (one once refused to make a chocolate strawberry milkshake even after the server easily rung it up in the till - the manager there basically told us it was impossible and we had to buy 2 milkshakes and mix them ourselves). If you have the chance and also love chocolate and peanut butter, try asking for the Dunbar (the street it's located on). It's a local favorite by the residents in the area.“
“This place should get 10 stars. I love the dairy queen ever since I was a little boy. You used to get the dilly bars with the free sticks. If you were lucky enough to get one you got another dilly bar for free.. every year on my birthday I buy a bag of dilly bars to put in my freezer. All for me lol. Some things you just can't share.“
“Best Fast Food Experience In My Life!! I had gone Saturday December 30th, 2023(around 7-8 pm). I had ordered a ton of wraps, all of them were amazing and delicious. I think that the place was spotless and I received amazing service. I had asked for extra sauce, and they had given it to me for free. I would like to give a shout-out to the funny girl working in the back. She was so funny when the coworker called her she yelped "what!" in the chillest way. Honestly it was pretty epic. This place was amazing I would recommend this place instead of any other location.“
“After visiting this location a few times I have to say this location is reasonably good. I ordered from them using Skip and the order isn’t always accurate. You get better service and better quality food when you dine in vs ordering from Skip. Skip is convenient but I much prefer dining in vs ordering from Skip.Parking: There is street parking available only. Sometimes the street parking is limited and restricted. You might have to find parking along a side street.Wheelchair accessibility: It can be a challenge if you are using a wheelchair but it’s not impossible. The challenge is only that it’s a bit of a small location and with parking being a challenge, if you drive and in a wheelchair and looking for a safe place to park and exit your vehicle with your wheelchair, it would present some inconvenient challenges. If you got off the bus and decided to go into this DQ location it can be done.“

“I got the Reese’s peanut butter pie blizzard which was delicious. I got it on a promo though, regular prices at Dairy Queen are crazy expensive. You would think that the icecream is made from gold plated cows. Overall clean and friendly staff!“
“In general this place is good for ice cream and blizzards . They mixed up my order on one occasion. I only go In person here, when I get a delivery the hot food is usually not great and they don’t make the blizzards very well(I live close by so it’s not melted by the time it gets to me)“
“I agree that the cake decorator here was AMAZING and the cake turned out so beautiful! The whole cake and frosting was a beautiful color. I was desperate to find a Dairy Queen that had a cake printer after another location said theirs broke (and didn't tell me until after 1-2 days) and being short on time I scored all around trying to find a Dairy Queen that would at the given time.Most of the stores didn't pick up the phone / didn't respond in time / hung up and didn't call back / didn't had a printer. I called this location and the guy easily said they can do it, no stress on the phone.I loved the little details they put on the cake, I would have loved to meet the decorator.I would definitely order from them again!!!
