“I had a terrible experience with the Dairy Queen in Kerrisdale, so I called the shop in Dunbar looking for an Oreo cake. My experience with the Dunbar store was amazing. They were friendly and welcoming when I entered the store to find a freezer fully stocked with a variety of cakes and frozen desserts. They quickly added a Happy Birthday message for me and when I went to pay, discovered that the cake cost $5 less than the store in Kerrisdale! Great service and better value at the Dunbar location! I will be buying all of my future Dairy Queen treats and cakes from this location.“

“I ordered smores blizzrad. The Blizzard was absolutely delicious! 🍦 It was creamy, fresh, and had the perfect amount of toppings mixed in. The texture was great, and every bite was so satisfying. “Visited DQ on Sunday around 7:30 PM and it was extremely busy with a huge lineup. The trainee staff member made my order wrong twice, which was honestly frustrating after waiting so long. Thankfully, another girl from the staff with curly hair handled the situation professionally and made my order correctly. She was patient, quick, and knew what she was doing even during the weekend rush. Really appreciate her good customer service, she saved the whole experience.“
“Been to this Dairy Queen on a number of occasions and have not had a bad experience. Picked up two Misty Slushies and it was the perfect cold treat on a hot summer day in Vancouver. If you are in David Lam Park, recommend stopping in. 4 star rating because the staff are not the friendliest or most helpful people.“

“Visited Dairy Queen Grill & Chill recently and had a really good experience. The ice cream and Blizzard were fresh, creamy, and definitely the best part of the visit. Service was quick and the staff was polite and friendly. The food was decent too, though desserts are clearly the highlight here. The place was clean and had a nice chill vibe overall. Great spot for hanging out with friends or satisfying late-night cravings!“

“Used dq app and got a free medium pop. The soft serve wasn't as cold as it could be on this summer hot day. My soft serve was getting melted early. The chocolate dipped cone was getting sloppy faster even though we were eating in the dining room with AC.“
