Please give the highest respect, recognition, and endless accolades to an amazingly great professional who had taken a very bad taste out of our mouth from a failed skip experience.
Gurleen was kind, professional, and very helpful when I had called dairy Queen, inquiring why the flamethrower chicken strip basket and dairy Queen cupcake was not available for me to order on skip the dishes... She was absolutely amazing and advised me that I wouldn't have to be disappointed in not being able to get these items, just because they were not put on the skip app, which I told her was absolutely stupid and didn't make any sense at all.. I had a very bad taste in my mouth from not being able to see these items and to have this available for me to order on skip, as it is my usual app that I like to use ... She took that bad experience and made it absolutely amazing by telling me I could access Uber and enjoy all of the delicious items that I was looking for.
Thanks to this amazing professional, I now ordered two days in a row on Uber and utterly enjoyed the flamethrower chicken strips with fries and soft serve and also the amazing cupcake that I was once told before couldn't be delivered to me on skip this lady is truly great and should be given the highest respect for representing dairy Queen 110%, however most importantly she truly cared about me as a customer and she didn't want to lose the business for dairy Queen.
For anyone who is reading this today, I highly recommend the flamethrower chicken strips with fries and soft serve and the amazingly delicious cupcake.

“Came in with a bunch of questions about a personalized cake, expecting the usual eye rolls, but instead, I got Jenn, the manager sent from the DQ Heavens.
She was kind, helpful, and somehow didn’t flinch at my barrage of oddly specific cake questions. While the rest of the staff looked like they were being held hostage by soft serve machines, Jenn was out here doing the Lord’s work. I witnessed the same great customer service to others in there as well.
Honestly, 5 stars—but they all go to Jenn. The rest of the crew looked like background extras in a zombie movie.“
