“Love this place. The girl that's usually there later in the evenings (Sat Dec 7) is the best customer service rep and food prep ever. She waits until we arrive for pick up to heat some items so its fresh and warm for us instead of cold and soggy, the food is always made perfectly and with good quality! The price is amazing. “We came in here tonight for dinner. We didn't know what to expect as it does have a mall food court vibe but the guys at the counter were very courteous and friendly. Again, with a bit of a food court vibe we ordered unsure of what to expect, they brought the food to our table when it was ready and it was excellent. Not only that, one of the fellows working there even came to our table to make sure everything was good.
Overall it was a great meal and we will happily come back.

“Went here to make up for bad sushi we had half an hour before and got the Tuesday special (the deluxe). The pitas had a nice chew, it was stuffed with so much meat, and it was HUGE. I would've given five stars all around if it weren't for the lack of AC. I definitely recommend this place“

“As a frequent subway gal , this is my favorite stop in Abbotsford. Always the kindest employees, clean tables, floors, bathrooms, well stocked with cookies, fresh bread, chip selection, and drink selections.
When I was in yesterday, I noticed the drink fountain was out of order but definitely not the end of the world as the cooler was well stocked with lots of options.
Both ladies behind the counter yesterday were great!! They were friendly, humorous, and held a conversation very well.
I've never had a negative experience at this subway, even at their busiest they absolutely motor thru customers, leaving everyone satisfied.

Vegetarian options: Veggie pattie or opt out of protein/pattie and just do veggies

Dietary restrictions: Have always been insanely respectful of the dairy allergy in my order. They change their gloves and wipe the counter without having to be asked.

Parking: Parking can be a little tight at times due to the nature of location. Very congested area but well worth the small walk across the street or even better, park and enter at the rear of the building. Lots of options, just not necessarily at the front door.

Kid-friendliness: Always! In my personal experience with kiddos, they've always been interactive and happy to see the kiddos.“

“Stopped at Fatburger before Costco, and like usual, it was great. I’ve tried dozens of Mushroom Swiss burgers at various restaurants (fast food and otherwise) across Canada and in 1/2 dozen states, and the Fatburger Mushroom Swiss consistently comes out on top! They’ve nailed the formula - lots of fresh, fried mushrooms, a tasty patty with melted Swiss cheese, a soft, fresh bun, and the perfect amount of mustard and mayo - wow! This burger really nails what a mushroom Swiss burger is supposed to be.
I had fries as well, and these were the best fries I’ve had in a long time - crispy outside and soft inside - great job!
My gluten and dairy-free spouse had a lattice-wrap burger, again - consistently great.
Unfortunately they do not have a gluten-free fryer so my spouse can’t enjoy the fries😕 - we’d eat there more often if that was the case.
The staff were friendly and very pleasant😀

“Went to this Whitespot for a quick lunch with 3 hungry grandkids. Service was quick, booths are clean, staff friendly. When we left, I hadn’t noticed that I left my wallet and cellphone on the seat. My address was on the wallet and 1 hour later, the manager appeared at my door and returned my wallet. That was one of the kindest thing anyone could have done. Totally went out of his way with that act of kindness. Thank you! I WILL be back. Keep up the amazing work you do with your staff and customers. Its appreciated! “This has got to be the best Ricky's location to try out in the Lower Mainland! I would also like to commend the server Ashley!🙂 She was friendly, personable, and did not give off any impression that it was a chore to be working there. The thing about this location is it has kept a lot of their old menu options from when it was ABC Country Restaurant. I don't know of any other Ricky's that has done that. The dessert menu is especially attractive!“
