Worst customer service ever. How they continue to stay in business is beyond me. Yesterday, I ordered online a ten piece meal. I ordered all dark with three sides, a large Coleslaw, a large potato salad, and a large gravy. No gravy but a large helping of fries, .which I did not order. In addition, instead of all dark, I got three wings, two breast and two backs. All white meat, which I did not order. All in all, the meal coast $51.00. We went here tonight,and nothing was edible. My husband loves KFC and he couldn't even eat it. What a waste of $30. They must be under new management because it's all new staff. And I swear their giving out old chicken and salads. It was disgusting.
I sent this email to kfc last Monday after I had an instant with them. Of course no response has been given. This is what I wrote them.
I just got back from your Clearbrook location and am pretty disappointed. We wanted to order the 8pc chicken, large fries and large popcorn chicken for $25.99 that’s on your website.
