Sending emails to solicit tips for your drivers now? Low end of mediocre pizza, when you order a pizza on a "special" there is way less toppings than if you order it full price. Then $4 delivery charge.
My order was $25. I gave a $6 tip, so 10 bucks for overall delivery on a $25 order and you send emails soliciting for tips. Never again. There is better pizza out there. You were reasonably priced and convenient, that's out the window.

We were most impressed with the service/quality at Papa Johns Abbotsford. We required pizza, wings and drinks for our large (37 people) union gathering to be delivered 15 minutes after they opened! They thought of everything and even packed plates, cups and napkins. The owner called me later to check that all went well. Thanks to Karen and your crew!

Based on the reviews, Papa Johns Pizza is a great location in the lower mainland with amazing customer care. The friendly staff are always kind, polite, and welcome people happily. The service is quick, with simple ordering and pizza ready in a few short minutes. Even when arriving near closing time, they still serve customers. The philly cheesesteak pizza and garlic knots, which are to die for, provide a great food experience. The professional staff go above and beyond to make sure orders are perfect, and the customer service is excellent. This is a highly recommended place for a 5-star experience.
