Language barrier with cashier. Couldn't understand our order. Asked for tea, but not steeped. Punched in coffee. Told her no, we wanted tea with double milk. Asked if we wanted cream and sugar, no just milk. So 1 tea in 2 cups, no 2 tea... the conversation went on like this until we asked for a manager. Not much better. He charged us for 2 extra cups. One of the better Tim's in Abbotsford. This location always has what I'm looking for, never had a problem with drink machines being down or certain menu items being sold out... or rudeness of staff.Drive-thru communication is better than most, and my order usually understood and satisfactory. I love that the line-up isn't ridiculously long like it is at the Abbotsford Way location or Sumas way near McDonald's... who has 20 mins to spend sitting in a drive thru on any given day?.....read full review
