I'm writing to you today because of the greatest experience I had on the phone with the greatest professional ever, Pankaj... I ordered the meal of misfortune on the skip app and because the app unfortunately does not show The misfortune meal, this amazing professional Pankaj really cared about my dilemma.
Pankaj went above and beyond with this order, he made everything fresh, hot, delicious and made to special instructions due to an operation on the throat... He is such an amazing essential worker and we wish that Wendy's will highly commend him and give him endless respect, accolades and so much more for being the great professional that he truly is!!
He always represents Wendy's 110% by providing such excellence in customer service, however most importantly... He truly cares about us as customers.

These ladies should be given the highest respect, commendations and the greatest accolades for providing such excellence in customer service.. they are great listeners and they always represent Wendy's 110%.. they provide us with amazing and delicious food and specially care about the operation on the throat that expects special instructions for the order we truly need more great professionals like these amazing ladies!!!
