“I was waiting a while in the drive through for my chicken and when the lovely workers came out to bring my food to my car they also brought me a free iced coffee because i was waiting!
So thoughtful and i love iced coffee so that was perfect!“
“There was a couple inside who just had to have an opinion on every single person that came into the building. Really killed the experience outside the food but thats Guilford for you. Otherwise service was so quick that I barely had time to sit down.“
“Received potatoes on credit file. Much better, service was good. I honestly thought i was going to get drilled to get my 2 sour cream & chives potatoes. They even did it without even going to check any logs to confirm.

“This Wendy's still has a relatively newly renovated look. It was clean and the staff were kind. The pop machine is similar to the ones in the movie theatres where you can add different flavours which was really nice. Would come back again.“
“Disappointing customer service experience.
I ordered a sour cream & chive baked potato, but my order was incomplete — the sour cream and butter were missing. When I checked my order and asked about it, the staff member, Harman, responded in a rude and dismissive manner. When I expressed that this attitude was not acceptable for customer service, she stated that this was simply her attitude and that it was acceptable to her.
This interaction felt unprofessional and is not the level of service I expect from Wendy’s. I hope management reviews this situation and provides better customer service training.“
