“I honestly don’t have any particular preference for Pizza Hut and only ordered dinner tonight purely for the delivery convenience.

But I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the new “handcrafted” crust! It’s the perfect thickness — not too doughy or puffy like their regular crust (I dislike their regular crust) — and has a texture that’s closer to a wood-fired pizza. I’ll definitely be ordering it again for a pizza night!

The online app was easy to use, delivery was quick, and my order arrived perfectly accurate. I put the instructions “please leave at door” which were respected, and I appreciated the courtesy call from the driver, who informed me with a really polite call immediately after it was dropped off :)

The food quality and absolutely fantastic customer service make this location the crown jewel of the Canadian arm of this franchise. “I ordered Yuringi and my husband had the 2 piece chicken combo dinner and the chicken was VERY good - NOT greasy at all - really hot and delicious! No processed chicken here! Staff are very friendly. Not sure why it was so quiet as the food is excellent! We will return as it seems to be the only chicken place in town that isn’t greasy“

“On our travels through Chilliwack, I discovered that I had left my purse behind, at Five Guys. I was 3 hours away by this time and went into a blind panic. I called them, crossing fingers it was there! They stated that it was, and they kept it safe overnight until I could have someone pick it up the next morning. The purse was retrieved, all contents (including cash), untouched. A MAJOR THANK YOU for the honesty, integrity and graciousness of this store’s staff. “Besides the actual poutine, which was amazing, and the actual experience, which was fast and friendly, I have a lot of gratitude for the guy working last weekend as I left my phone behind on a nearby table. He said he noticed it and kept it behind the till for safekeeping until I returned. And that he does that for all things left behind on their patio. He actually brought up that I had left it there before I mentioned it, before handing it back. The LEAST I can do is leave a good review in return! And well deserved obviously. I imagine if the level of integrity for something that exceeds customer service is the standard, that the business ethics of this take out place would be similar too.
