We visited on July 8th right after opening and we are so glad we did. The selection and service were top notch. We ordered a Chai latte with oat milk, an iced latte, a pain du chocolat and two of the Bowen Breakfasts (one with sausage and another with bacon). Everything was spectacular - the salad that came with the breakfast was next level and very enjoyable. Cute cafe with a good view of mountains! We ordered the tomato brie egg brioche, smoked salmon croissant, red pepper and onion focaccia, and two pastries for lunch. The sandwiches were incredibly fresh and delicious—definitely a 5/5! However, the focaccia was a little bit chewy, which took away from the overall experience.
