I've been to Branch on Bowen many times for ice cream before a ferry sailing back to the mainland. The staff are friendly and the ice cream is fantastic - such was the case today. However, I'm disappointed by the lack of air conditioning available - this seems to be common among establishments on Bowen, which was surprising. I had the plate of 3, vegan tacos here, while waiting for the ferry. They were amazing, tasty, and had a lot of healthy ingredients. I was assured that they were gluten-free, too. They also many different vegan flavours of Earnest Icecream, WHICH I LOVE, but I was too full after my tacos.

I absolutely love this place! It’s not just a cozy café with great vibes, but it also has a cute gift shop section where you can find unique souvenirs and cool items.
