I ordered a pizza on line and the tracker said delivery was supposed to be 1745/1755. The website said it was delivered, and when I called at 1823 I was rudely told it was a “glitch” that caused the website to say it was delivered and that the delivery driver was leaving to deliver the pizza. 20 minutes later he arrives. I live a block away….. not impressed. When it did show up it was cold and chewy. Reconsidering a new pizza place.

my tribe vs the world
The lady working in Brentwood bay pizza hut is really bad at making pizzas and putting sauce on food . Boneless bites have literally half the sauce, not enough to call it bbq or honey garlic.. It's just horrible.. I wish I could 0 star it .. pizzas don't look like any sauce was on it. Half pizza only has very little cheese.. suuuuper greasy like dripping off pizza. I'm moving to a different pizza hut to see if they cook better

I am new to BC and have ordered here a few times. The first time was great. The second time a couple of weeks ago, my food was saying delivered on the site but was not here. I called and was told the system was down and it would be here in 10 minutes. I was very respectful and understanding.
Today I ordered and it was scheduled to arrive between 2:25-2:35. It’s now 2:59 and it’s not here. I ordered over an hour ago. I called and was told very rudely that it will be here in 10 minutes and that it takes up to 45 minutes to arrive. I explained it’s been over an hour and she rudely said ya ya and hung up on me. It’s the most horrible customer service from this business. It’s a Monday afternoon and not a busy time. There is an app that gives a delivery time and that should be honoured. When your customers food is beyond late, you cannot just be rude to them like your error is their fault. I will be contacting someone from corporate regarding these issues.

The absolute rudest delivery I have ever had. Did not bring the entire order and then told me there would be a delivery charge to bring the missed item. When I voiced my stern concern they hung up the phone on me. I had to speak to the manager on the delivery drivers phone. So unprofessional. So unclean and disgusting in the actual store. Place should be shut down.
