They miss items from my order every single time. I ignored it a few times. Even called them today to complain, the lady on the phone tried blaming the delivery driver but the bag was sealed by the store. Store needs to look into it because customer pays for the item and then the employees don’t put the items in the bag. Very sketchy. Never ordering from them again.

I purchased food today from this A&W at Lougheed Mall. I asked for a little cup of water f and they were asking me for money for the cup $.25 even though I paid money already . I didn’t ask for a bottle of water !!! very dishonest, and the service was extremely bad. I do not suggest anyone to buy food from them.

Once again, visiting this place has been a pleasure among all others especially in a food court. Though there was a wait to get the coffee since it was getting freshly brewed (which I know from the last couple of years they do fresh brewing all the times)..the gesture and the warm hospitality by the girl at the front named Kanwalpreet is commendable and I can see a sweet smile on her face with each customer she faces. Kudos to her and everyone who work here, staff here is the best. Keep up doing the good work...!

I can almost forgive the awful customer service and food. What I can’t forgive is the horrible response from management who clearly doesn’t care to make things right for their customers. I will not be visiting A&W again.

Beware the bot reviews attached to this restaurant. This is the worst A&W I've been to. My entire meal was cold, my fries unseasoned, and my root beer watered down. The cashier broke my cup when he served me my drink and pushed back when I asked for it to be re-made after it spilled all over the counter. My partner and I received a single napkin between the two of us. When I contacted corporate about my experience, I received a generic email stating "We're so sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience at our location." and that's it.
