I have been coming here for years and their bubble tea has always been consistent. I like their Panda Milk Tea which comes with black and white pearls. They also have game nights every Wednesday and Friday and they play really good movies on their TV. It’s a nice place to hang out with friends and family and would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
Best place in lougheed mall for bubble tea. They also have bubble tea ice cream with different options of toppings. My fave is the tiegyuan with coconut jelly, pearls and condensed milk. For tea, I usually get honey black tea w 1/2 pearls and 1/2 coconut jelly. Wonderful customer service from all the staff I’ve encountered.

I come here quite regularly , and to all of the locations , I was just at the south Surrey location yesterday and they nailed the taro slush bubble Tea, I also bought a panda at 50 percent off for my daughter. Can’t beat the price and quality.
