Ordered a mango birthday cake here. It tasted exactly like cakes in Hong Kong from the 90s. My parents loved it. Staff were friendly and helpful.
This is how your deserts are transported, in the back of a van uncovered sitting by the dumpster.. sad
Mmm tasty
Terrible.
Love the selection here and it's so great for satisfying a lighter fluffy baked good craving instead of something heavy like cobs. Loved the coconut cake today and fruit tarts looked great too. Felt so lucky to be able to choose from all the goodies here ?

Not sure why Anna’s doesn’t have better reviews. Consistent, delicious and affordable goods. The folks that work here are kind and efficient and their space albeit very small, is always organized and calm to walk into.

I ordered my daughter's birthday cake at Anna's cake house and it was sooooooooo good ! It was a coffee cake and tasted delicious ! Thank you
A delicious selection of cakes, cake slices, egg tarts & buns. Prices are a bit high & service could be friendlier.
my stomach hurt and uncomfortable after eating buns from here. this is second times.

When we approached the bakery, the servers went to the back. It was odd because you want to greet and be ready to serve customers when they arrive. Then they came back out when we were looking at the items in the fridge. The masked server told us that if we buy over $20 we would get the discount (it was after 6pm) while she already gave us the discount. We could not hear her and so we asked her if we got a discount. Then she sneered with her eyes and said, "Didn't you hear what I said? I said you got a discount." We were shocked because that was not what we heard (otherwise we would not ask). She embarrassed us while it was her fault that she did not speak clearly and misled us (she should just tell us the total after the discount). Also, when I asked her which bread is the coffee loaf, she just said, "The brown one" without getting it for me. The service was horrible.P.S. Anna's Cake House usually have discounts when they are near closing. When we went to the one in Richmond, the servers there never said anything about the discount; they gave us the discount automatically during those hours and simply told us the total when we paid. So the servers at Lougheed can act similarly rather than confuse customers and embarrass customers.
The cheese tart is DELICIOUS!!!, the place its a little lonely but the service was great.
