Been going there before he moved to the new place. Since around 1990-93. So 35 years. One of the best restaurants in Canada. For more than one reason. For one, among many reasons, consistency. Unbelievable consistency. If you had a dish 20 or 30 years ago you liked, it will still be the same today. Wine, love their choice in house whites. Their bread, I could stuff myself on just the bread...lol Deserts. Best tiramisu outside of Italy. Many reasons. No rush dining, courteous friendly...
Food was definitely quite good... It's not where it used to be Pre Covid but still excellent for these days. The Chicken Parmesan was delicious... The Bellinis were honest pours ... Friends had the Creole and the Pesto pastas and were still amazing... The value over all is still there despite the increase in prices that's hit all of us these past few years... I love coming here and will definitely be back

I ordered the Vongole with Clams. Costed 30 Bucks. It was decent. Nothing spectacular. Sauce was a little too thin, runny. Adequate amount of clams.
Spaghetti Factory has a better Vongole. & they give complimentary bread.
I came in about 4:30 early evening so got seat no problem. Why do people line up here waiting an hour to get in ? Becuz of the Big portions.
