They are very friendly and polite. I love buying food from them. If there are any requests that we ask for, they try to be as accommodating as possible. The food is wonderful too! Absolutely LOVE the chicken and their rice. Definitely the Peri Fries. I also tried the cauli bites recently. They're sooo good!

Got myself a Peri Chicken Caesar Pita with 1 side of yams fries. Chicken was tender and everything was so delicious. We came after lunch time in a Saturday, there was no line up but the kitchen was busy. Great Customer Service.

Once you've been to Barcelos or Nando's , you been to them all , they almost have the same food laid out , the different is the services and atmosphere , truly I find there service excellent , staff all way happy and polite , took mum for lunch few days ago at Barcelo's , is located on the second floor inside the food court , only chicken my mum like is Boneless Hainanese Chicken or deep fried chicken , I order the whole chicken with 2 sides of rice and 2 drinks...
