Sushi Q is a good quality sushi spot located on the second floor at the Lougheed Centre Mall, next to the food court. They offer pre-packaged sushi and nigiri with a variety of choices. The Aburi Saba and Aburi Tuna Toro were average, but surprisingly good for a food court sushi joint. The Box A was tasty, with crispy and tender chicken, a good chunk of advocado in the California roll, although the shrimp tempura was a bit too much batter. While the freshness was not outstanding, the value was great for the amount and quality of food. It's a clean, friendly, and affordable place, perfect for a quick lunch to grab and go.
