My husband and I love having soup after a long day at work or whenever we want to have a good soup. Bigway at Kingsway is our favorite place to go as it is close to our house and they're open til late night. Last night we had a concern about my food which I gave the instruction to one of the staff. However, when they took my food I saw the server removing the cilantro while the other one is covering him. My husband talked to the manager and the staff were not admitting of...

Used to really enjoy Big Way. However, this is the second time we have come to this location and found food on our food. The first time we ignored it, the second time we also ignored it. I’m not sure what is happening but it doesn’t seem like we are the only ones finding hair in our food.
