It's our great neighborhood restaurant. Food is delicious, with reasonable prices and good portions. Bubble teas are as good as other over priced places.

About the food, it was good and tasty. My favourite would be the House Special Sandwich with Fries and I highly recommend that you should try it when you come here.
As for the service, it took us a while to get a table and kinda same for the food to come to our table. But what I like is the waiter was friendly, energetic and did her tasks very fast.

we LOVE this spot - my fav for years has been the seafood milky hot pot ❤
honestly , our family comes back to support ken (a server here) !! he memorized my classic order the first few times we came , and is always so kind and personable with my family ! the service is QUICK and TIDY - and he’s always so observant to our needs!
