Have been there quite a few times, very nice food and prices.
Visited Bliss Cafe in Old Orchard Shopping Mall in Aug 2026.
Had the Braised Pork Rice Bowl ($17.99). Aside from the dish needing more sauce, it was pretty good. The thick pork belly was pretty tender. Added the Cold Green Tea ($1.5).
The Sliced Beef Stir-Fried Knife-Cut Noodles ($14.99) was really good and had a spicy kick to it

Staff are so friendly and nice! Food is really good! I prefer less salt if possible! Reasonable price with quality food!

Based on multiple reviews, Bliss Cafe is a Taiwanese restaurant that offers authentic and comforting food. The Beef Noodle Soup Combo, which comes with original beef noodles, a marinated egg, and a Jasmine Green Tea, is excellent value for the price. Other standouts include the Three Cup Chicken with Rice combo, fried chicken nuggets, beef slices with scallion, and house special beef noodle soup. The chicken dishes are all very tasty, and the beef is tender and juicy. The food came out very quickly, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. While portions could have been a little bigger, the dishes are well seasoned. Some side dishes, like the stir fried glass noodle, were not impressive, but the boiled broccoli was okay. The restaurant was quiet on a weekday evening, and the service was good. Overall, it is a fantastic dining experience that is highly recommended, offering a nice variety of comfort foods that are as close to home as you can get.
