Very very horrible experience there, I once ordered a take out there but was too hungry to take them to home to eat, and there is no body in the restaurant to dine in that time, and I don’t think I pay the food less than dine in customer, they are same price. The boss? Just waved his hand and said get out, and I said why? Then he shake his head using a very looking down upon me tone said get out. Very rude and disrespectful

Waffle is not pre-made so sometimes it is cold and soggy. When I asked to heat it up, manager kept explaining but I insisted for a hot one so they finally exchanged for me. Will never come back though.

We went to Bubble Waffle Cafe last Saturday and ordered one bubble waffle along with four taro drinks with pearls. We were really looking forward to the drinks, but unfortunately they were very disappointing. The taro flavor was extremely weak and tasted more like plain milk than taro. Considering we ordered four of the same drink, it was disappointing that all of them lacked flavor.
The bubble waffle itself was okay, but the drinks were the main reason for our visit, so this really affected our overall experience. Sadly, because of this experience, we don’t plan on coming back.

Asked for less ice for a drink & they gave me full ice. The waffle cake came out all soggy & they refused to do anything about both of them. Not like the store will care about a bad review but other consumers should know!

love this bubble waffle cafe!! the bubble waffle is always the perfect texture, and the milk tea is very creamy and the perfect sweetness. my partner also really loves the iced tea (i've had sips and it's really good but the milk tea has my heart)!! the staff are also very nice and they remember my order LOL

Suck service, not environmental friendly, with performance lower then other franchise. First, they has the worst service ever, especially the female servicer. Rudeness, ignore you, disrespectful all you can imagine. Take the wrong order. Not letting you in after 6 pm even though it close at 7. For food, all other franchise of this brand I ever tried has better food than this location, the cold milk tea and lemon tea are sweet like you will get diabete stright after you drink it. They use to go carrier for dine in customer, all of those cutlery and the bowl are plastic. All in all, avoid this location, waste of money, go to other location if you can. I am not lying. Vote 5 stars just for exposure, because they deserved this.

This is our go-to spot for bubble waffles and more! My family and I have been coming here for 5-6 years, and the food is almost always a 9/10. The value for the price is great—you can get a full meal and a drink for about $15-$16, and for just a couple more dollars, you can add a bubble waffle. The prices have definitely gone up over the years, but it's still a fantastic deal considering the quality.

The bubble waffles are a real treat, especially when you eat them fresh. They can get a little soggy if you get them take out with other hot food because of the steam. The only time we've noticed a small dip in quality is on the rare occasion when the owner isn't there, but that’s not a common issue. We keep coming back because the quality control is so good!

I go here often, this time the experience was not good. I got a bubble tea which did not taste good, something was off. I took it back to let them know and was told there is nothing they can do . So i told her to keep it. Not great customer service at all. I will not return.
