Great spot for good food that is made to order and always fresh. We always have wonderful service here.

I love the noodles but they have gotten expensive. Cozy and with lots of ingredients. The waffle cake needs some improvement, maybe make the waffes fluffier/bigger and add more sauce and condensed milk etc. Takeout food was ready in 8 minutes. Make sure they enter the right order for you and don't miss anything. It would be best if they can double check orders with us after, as they forgot to add pearls to my drink lol but o well.

Not sure why it's so poorly reviewed. This place is great - good portions, good food, and the staff are very nice. Only critique is that the drinks are a bit on the smaller side but that's the only thing, everything else is great!

Girl in orange no good customer service. Why do I have to put the waffles in the bag by myself? Should I make the waffles by myself, too?

Ordered salty chicken nugget and hainanese chicken rice. Both were quite bad, honestly. Food was not fresh, either left in a fridge for way too long or has become stale waiting for next customers. Chicken nugget was coated with insane amount of flour, chicken itself was not fresh. Will never return

Listen to the other reviews! DO NOT GO AND EAT HERE. We love bubble waffle cafe because of their good food. But wow the customer service in this restaurant is horrendous. The guy in the counter is super rude. As in super!!! You will really have a bad day when you encounter him. I suggest to the guy to change his career if he's always looking for quarrel.

I recently visited Bubble Waffle Cafe and decided to try their sour spicy chicken rice, and it was a huge disappointment. The dish arrived cold and dry, making it unappetizing right from the start. The chicken lacked flavor and seemed overcooked, while the rice was clumpy and bland. I expected a vibrant mix of flavors, but instead, it felt like a chore to eat. To make matters worse, the cashier was rude and dismissive, which added to the overall negative experience. I wouldn’t recommend this dish or the cafe to anyone looking for a satisfying meal. Overall, it was a letdown, and I left the cafe feeling unsatisfied.

Rude customer service. The guy wasn’t nice, no respect for customer. Its my first time to make a review as i was really disappointed and felt disrespected. Never gonna eat here again and definitely will never recommend this location.

I used to like this restaurant. But I went today and I can’t even give them one star….
Food wise, the chicken was good. But the noodles was all broken into little pieces. I can’t even pick it up with my chopsticks! And we ordered one chicken soup would taste full of MSG, and one fish soup which has no taste at all…. The bubble waffle came before the meal, by the time we eat it, it’s all soggy and cold.

We are a family of 4 with a 3 and 6 year old. Order 2 noodles, 2 drinks, 2 bubble waffle, extra side of Chicken. When we asked for 2 cups of water for the kids, they said I need to pay for the cup!!!! I have never had a sit down meal where they charge for a cup of water!!! That’s just ridiculous!

Never going back again.

awful and horrible service! would've give it negative stars if i can. i kindly asked for a container to transfer my beef noodle soup as it's hard to eat in the paper container they gave me bc the soup is overflowing and i can't eat without the noodle splashing all over but the manager said that they don't have any container to transfer it to even if i can clearly see that they have one at the back. he was rude and was not providing me any good service. would definitely not go back here. they need to fix their manners!

Raised their prices slighly but still cheap. The man working is nice but the girl doesn't have very good service. Food and drinks are always good. The place is usually full

Went there for a take out order which was placed long time ago and still needed to wait so long for the order to be prepared.

Low customer service, unfortunately. Don't recommend it.
