I ordered the salmon at Cazba (Lougheed Town Centre food court) and was disappointed with the quality. It was undercooked, tasted raw, and had a very fishy flavor. The shop was very busy, which may have caused the dish to be rushed, but quality shouldn’t be sacrificed even during peak hours. Hopefully this was just an off day.

Kebabs were great. Baklava was terrible, and really overpriced for what you get.

I ordered food today for myself and a coworker from Cazba at Lougheed Mall. Compared to other Persian restaurants, I can’t say the quality was the best — the food was okay and the portion size was reasonable. However, the restaurant unfortunately misses some important details that matter in Persian cuisine. For example, they didn’t include any sumac with the meal, which is a basic and essential item for kebabs. Small details like this really bring down the overall experience.

I even tried calling the restaurant to share this feedback directly, but their phone number wasn’t working. Overall, it was a disappointing purchase, especially because I had recommended this place to my coworker — and unfortunately, it didn’t meet the expectations I had.

My experience at Cazba in Lougheed Mall was truly impressive.
The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and has a comfortable vibe that makes it perfect for a break during shopping. The staff were friendly, polite, and very attentive.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared — exactly what you expect from Cazba’s quality.
Prices are reasonable for the portion size and taste.
If you’re looking for a reliable and delicious spot in Lougheed Mall, Cazba is definitely worth checking out

My experience here was completely unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, the service was terrible, rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. On top of that, I felt targeted and discriminated against because of my race. The staff’s behavior made me uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is absolutely unacceptable in any business. The food was practically pushed across the table by the staff. I do not recommend this place at all. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and with dignity.

I used to really enjoy the food here — it was always tasty and fresh. Lately, though, the flavor and quality haven’t been quite the same. I still like this place and hope they can bring back the great taste it used to have, because it really was one of my favorites.

Visiting Cazba Persian Grill at Coquitlam Centre is a delightful step into the rich world of Persian cuisine, where bold flavours meet gracious hospitality. From the moment you settle in, the aromas of saffron-rice and grilled skewers set the stage for something memorable.
Among the standout dishes were the joujeh kebab a beautifully seasoned chicken breast skewer, tender and fragrant, served with pristine basmati rice and a perfectly grilled tomato. And then the vaziri a thoughtful combination of one skewer of chicken plus one of ground beef (koobideh) with rice and tomato offering a generous, satisfying taste of two classic kebabs in one dish.
The ambience inside is comfortable yet refined; it strikes a nice balance between casual dining and elevated flavour. Service is attentive and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
If you’re seeking a place where you can savour authentic Persian kebabs with finesse, Cazba is a strong choice. The quality of the food especially the joujeh and vaziri leaves a lasting impression.

I can only give support to the staff. But the food didn't taste fresh nor appetizing. There's much better persian food around the neighbourhood!

I honestly can’t believe how terrible this meal was. I ordered koobideh from Cazba and it was literally raw inside. smelled awful and looked like it hadn’t even touched the grill properly.
I expected real Persian food, not something that looks and tastes like leftovers from a fridge. Absolute disappointment.
I’ve been to many Persian restaurants, but this one? Never again.
