My favourite location; staff is always so wonderful, knowledgeable and efficient! I regularly order ahead and most of them quickly started to remember me and my usual order as a regular.
So good. Great customer service

Chatime is a popular bubble tea spot, known for its delicious and high-quality tea beverages. The menu offers a variety of options, including fruit teas and milk teas. One standout is the "Guava Lava," a tropical guava green tea topped with butterfly pea tea and dragon fruit. The brown sugar pearls are a tasty addition to the sweeter fruit teas. The staff is friendly and efficient, even when there are long lines. The location at Metrotown Mall is a small takeout-only outlet, but the drinks are worth the wait. Chatime is a great option for those with dietary restrictions, as you can request to reduce the sugar level in your drink. Whether you're looking for a sweet treat or a refreshing drink, Chatime is a reliable choice.
