Chatime are awesome! I’m always craving mango, and the Super Mango (forgot the exact name 😅) totally hit the spot. This mango drink completely fulfilled my craving — fresh, sweet, and super refreshing. Definitely coming back whenever the mango craving strikes 🥭

First time ordering here, wasn’t told the drink has green tea. I mentioned clearly for mango and strawberry. And one cashier asked to wait and will get it changed was very polite. But after waiting for 15 minutes, the other girl talked rudely and instead of helping shouted and told me to she can’t help. Never ordering again.

I got my usual order of a peach qq and it tasted nasty. I think the changed their recipe for the peach qq because there peach bits in the juice making the overall texture and flavour of the juice disgusting. I’m used to just drinking the juice and not the bits and I was VERY DISSAPPOINTED BY THIS CHANGE.

I come to get bubble tea from here sometimes and just a few days ago when I got a drink from here I noticed there was a new employee and after I paid I noticed her looking at the receipt for a long time and she said in Mandarin she was disappointed about her tip super loudly while slamming the receipt down on the counter. I think that is very unprofessional and you should not be saying these things in front of a customer. I am not obligated to tip and this was a very bad experience. Usually the staff here is very professional please train the new staff better.
