Frequent customer who will never return again. They have no issues charging $8 for a drink (and I ordered 3 drinks so do the math), but wanted $0.75 for an extra cup if I wanted to divide one of the large drinks up into two small cups for my young kids. Yeah, no thanks, I’m not paying that for a cup—your toppings cost even less than that. The other locations have never declined or tried to charge me for this; they’re always happy to do it, and I’ve always returned. It’s been done at this location before, but today’s experience has ruined it for me and I will no longer come back. Nickel-and-diming your customers is never a good idea.
Edited to respond: I was clearly told $0.75, not $0.25.

Went in to redeem my birthday drink, was told the program has been changed so the customer must make a purchase within the seven days leading up to their birthday. The cashier told me to “contact Chatime in Toronto” to ask for an explanation. How does this make sense? I’ve been loyal to Chatime since 2013, had an Ontario Chatime Elite card and have been consistently unimpressed with the service and policies at their BC locations. Hoped it would get better when the Ontario master franchisee took over BC but it has only gotten worse.

The cashier scanned my app barcode and he thought it worked but it never went through. Then he tried again; it didn't go through. It's been more than a week now and didn't show in my history at all. I just wish he would've told me I would appreciate it if he did, rather than just bypassing it, and pretend it did.Ordered strawberry. Not good at all. So watered down. Might as well drink water. 100% sugar too. Asked for no ice. Imagine it had ice too ..not much strawberry taste ..

It was really delicious! The seasonal drinks are amazing! (We tried the Sakura white peach one). Their boba pearls were very good as well! We also tried the Peach fruit tea with mango popping pearls and it was really good, and the popping pearls were easy to bite and yummy. Very helpful staff!

It’s my birthday week so decided to treat myself to a bubble tea, I remember having them a lot as a kid and really loved them !!I order a regular sized strawberry slush with pearls and it came out to 7.25 ?Once my order was made it was such a small size !! and for 7.25 at that !!I seriously regretted this purchase and went back asking for a return and my money back, but of course no luck.Wasn’t impressed with the flavour as well, barely any strawberry flavour, pearls are good but wow that was disappointing.Never again.
