I’ve been going to the Burnaby one a lot so I thought I would try Richmond. The food is equally delicious and fresh, but the service was inconsistent and the tables are too small to fit everyone’s plates. Some servers worked super hard to get stuff for you but it was just the few who did. The others would just be standing around chatting and not paying attention. Like bigway but unlimited.
Using that comparison, you could get a second helping of bigway, absolutely stuff yourself and still be cheaper than chocho. The fruit and dessert bar is really nice though.

The placement of the pots is awkward. They're in a row on the centre of the table instead of in front of you. You have to order with the server instead of iPad which is inconvenient. Food is good but the self serve section is a bit cramped. I prefer the Burnaby location.
