This is the worse Cobs bread branch. I went there to buy wild blueberries danish. It was small with little blueberries. Seriously? You must be out of mind. Go and check other branches and you’ll see how they make it bigger. It’s really shameful. Also, your employees are rude and unprofessional.

Be careful when placing order with possible ESL staff. They will mess up your order and insist that they hear you correctly. Otherwise the quality of the food is excellent as always.

Today, when I was at Cobs, picking up a loaf of bread I noticed an employee coughing into her hands. The thing that bothered me was that this employee didn’t even think about washing her hands until advised to do so by another employee!!
Thank goodness she was there otherwise this employee, would’ve continued serving customers without washing her hands.
You are handling food!!!
Have some common sense don’t cough into your hands, turn your head and cough into your shoulder and if you’re really sick, stay at home!

I've lived in Coquitlam for just over a yr now and just realized I have a Cobs around the corner from me. Now I'm in trouble lol
The lady I dealt with was very pleasant, and the place was nice and clean.
I do recommend this place A++

I was there today, Sunday at 5 pm and the employee was very rude when we tried to help with a mistake in their stand. The product label was not in the correct product.
Unfortunately, we are not going to buy there if we see that she is working but we love Cobs.. Thanks Amanda for your patience working with someone that’s not have any skills to work in customer service.

This Cobs location is consistently one of the best, and we always plan a trip here when close to this part of Burnaby. The staff are pleasant and quick, and the breads are soft (or crispy, depending on the loaf type!) and delicious.
Parking: Best to park around the side of the Walmart entrance, closer to North Road, then the mall entrance is right down from the Cobs.

Very disappointed with my spinach and feta croissant purchase. They are very hard and dry and actually don't taste like croissant at all but just regular bread that is over-baked . I purchased the same one at the location in Port Moody before , its spinach and feta croissant tastes way softer with way more feta cheese.

I ordered uber eats today. I ordered two spinach and feta croissants, raspberry custard Danish and mixed berry White Chocolate scone. When I received my order I had everything except for only one spinach feta croissant, they gave me two croissants and two Spanish and feta scones. They could have just gave me only 1 spinach and feta croissant and said they were out but they went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you!

I always get a chocolate raspberry croissant but lately it doesn't look like a real croissant anymore. I paid 4.73 for a bread.

I visited this Cobs location on my lunch break today to pick up a few items. Specifically, I asked for 2 Peach & Custard danishes. I inquired if they had a small box to put them in, but the worker said she was unsure if they would fit in a small box - but they did...or so I thought. However, when I got home and opened the box, to my surprise, the danishes weren’t inside. Instead, I found 2 scones. I checked the bill and realized that the worker had charged me for scones instead of the danishes I had requested.
This mix-up meant that I had to drive back to the location during my work hours to get it sorted out, which was a significant inconvenience. When I arrived, they made the process far more complicated than it needed to be. They informed me that they couldn’t take back the scones, even though I didn’t want them. They suggested I keep them, but since they weren’t what I had asked for, I declined, and they ended up throwing them away, clearly annoyed that they had to do so. Moreover, they expected me to pay the $1 difference for the danishes, despite this entire fiasco being their mistake.
The fact that they didn’t offer any genuine apology or attempt to resolve the issue without making me feel uncomfortable was very disappointing. I’ve been to other Cobs locations, and the customer service at those places has always been excellent. However, the customer service at this particular location is severely lacking in comparison, and this experience has made me reconsider visiting this Cobs location in the future.

Ordered a bunch of items for delivery including 6 cinnamon buns, they conviently packed 3 iced cinnamon buns on top of 3 non iced cinnamon buns and I still got charged 4.50 a peice for them. If you don't have capacity to ship orders correctly, don't do it at all or at least do the honor of calling and asking if it's appropriate. LameEdit; The appropriate response when sending out incomete orders should be ; We are sorry we tried to hide the uncompleted orders underneath the completed and then passed off to the delivery driver so as to not take ownership of the lack of accountability from our store. But yet again here is a business though a silo in a larger franchise that tries to pass the buck rather than just honor a clear intentional pack job. The delivery company is not in charge of making sure an orders is complete, rhat would be on the staff working at Cobbs Lougheed.

Breads and pastries are delicious and fresh. The price is reasonable. There are a lot of varieties.Sales associates are nice however they are not friendly and I wish the they were nicer and more friendly and happy. However in total everything is good and O highly recommend to try this brand, then you’ll be the permanent customer.
