stop marking delivery orders as delivered before they get to you, this branch does it every time. it makes the tracking feature useless and will always affect the drivers tip because its deceitful and wastes the customers time

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza from this location in person. After I placed the order, I stepped to the side to wait for my pizza. While waiting, I was asked at least 4 times what my order and name were. Then, I put my Airpods in to speak to some friends. I happened to look up and one of the staff was speaking to me but I did not hear. I took out an Airpod and listened to the lady asked if I was deaf in a rude manner and proceeded to speak to her colleagues in their language. I assumed they made fun of me.
I did not appreciate the inappropriate service I received after a long day at work. This is my first review ever and I normally ignore bad service.
The pizza was good nonetheless. Please train staff to be more courteous and kind. Customer service requires work.
