“There's been a power outage in parts of BC for over 10 hours today (some 200k+ without power). Understandably, when we got to the White Spot, Kensington Square, there was a crowd of folk looking to get a meal. Under these circumstances, the service was as good as could be expected. Emma, our server, was a delight. She kept checking in us even though she had so many tables to manage. Christine, the AGM was brilliant! Calm, welcoming, beautiful warm smile that let us know she had everything under control and we'd be seated as soon as was possible. Jeferson (one f) the GM was dealing with everything else to ensure things went smoothly, and still had time to offer us a free dessert because our meal had been delayed.“

“Came here for Pirate Pak Day, which is probably peak busy day for White Spot. Had about a half hour wait before we were seated, but good thing is they have a large free parking lot.

Service was a bit slower, which is expected given how busy the place was.

Good location for family dining and usually has seating available. Definitely gets busier as more people live in the Brentwood area.“

“Super affordable and satisfying poutine and soft serve. The poutine is properly seasoned, fries are creamy inside but well fried on the outside and the curds are melty and give great cheese pulls. The maple soft serve is everything you want in soft serve and not too sweet!

The service is quick, friendly and reliable! They know what they are doing.

Just be warned that there is no AC and it is HOT in the summer heat. I recommend getting the poutine and eating in the shade outside for some air and returning for ice cream when you're ready.“

“My husband and I are Saturday morning regulars. We find the quality of the ingredients are excellent and think White Spot has the best multigrain toast! All the servers are delightful but Liam stole our hearts and makes us feel so special! What a great guy and a wonderful asset for White Spot!“

“went for brunch, ordered the prawn and avocado bowl, charred tomato & spinach benedict and obviously the famous milkshake 🙂‍↕️ the milkshake is always amazing, hands down - never had a bad experience with the milkshake 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 the prawn and avocado bowl was pretty good, i don’t think i’d go back to have it again 😔 the charred tomato and spinach benedict was 🧍🏻‍♂️also there was a hair on it but unfortunately my gf and i are the type to not return and inconvenience the servers. also, it was moderately busy but it took a long bit for the server to check with us 😭 also this was when that big earthquake hit and no one in the restaurant felt it, so at least yknow that white spot is stiff 👍🏼“

“we went and stayed at the Parq Vancouver and we went to Honey Salt each day for food and amazing cocktails! the staff was so friendly and the Bar head manager was so kind and friendly. I recommend everyone visit . also the 11 layer banana/chocolate cake is to die for! also try the Korean chicken bites!“
