The Spicy Tuna and Spicy Salmon roll was not fresh at all. It had a weird fishy taste and smell. Even the spicy sauce and wasabi couldn’t mask it. The quality got so bad, I won’t be ordering from here again.

Phenomenal. I happened upon this place being the only late night eats in New West when I was down the street at the gym.
Took my order 20 minutes before closing with kindliness.
Food was packaged immaculately, sauce and chopsticks!
Portions for price are impressive, food quality is bomb.

Probably one of the best sushi place in the lower mainland everything tastes the way you expect it to its really fresh sesames are crunchy and everything tastes great overall and all the ingredients complement each other. I wish they had more locations.

So underrated and hidden gem of Burnaby. Better sushi than any restaurant in the area. Prices are very reasonable and the taste is phenomenal. Order from here once a week at least since we discovered this place. Pick up times are always as promised and no added charges for extra spicy mayo. Must try will never order from anywhere else

This place has high quality sushi and has always been my go-to spot. I order take out here at least once a week for the last year or so.
At first everything was great; high quality fresh fish reasonable prices generous portion etc., but it slowly started to decline.
First it was the freshly grated wasabi that disappeared. Then the premium Chirashi no longer has the special fish/salmon roe/uni that makes it premium. Next they began to skimp out on the soy sauce and wasabi (I order a premium Chirashi and 10 pcs of sushi and only 1 serving of wasabi and 2 servings of soy sauce are provided) then today the serving size was noticeably smaller, and for the first time ever the salmon belly slices were paper thin… I don’t think I’ve ever had a thinner slice of sashimi in my life.
It’s quite disappointing to see this decline over time. At this rate I may just have to start looking around for another spot because it’s competitive edge is fading fast.
