This place used to be great, but they've really decreased the quality of the Chicken Cutlet. It used to actually be chicken katsu, but they've replaced it with chicken nuggets, that seem like they're just frozen nuggets.
They should at least update the pictures and description, it's really misleading.

If I could give less than one star I would.
I ordered online to avoid having to use one of the food delivery services. The website and order confirmation stated 30 minutes. I showed up on time only to receive a text message, as I parked, letting me know it would be another 20 minutes... I went inside to check and was told the same thing.
Great fine. So I sat around in the parking lot for 20 minutes and then went back inside only to be told it would be another 25 minutes. Total time from order, 1 hour and 15 minutes with no guarantee the food would even be ready, and despite your website, text messages and staff giving conflicting information. The reason given was "We have too many orders". Well there is one less today as I cancelled mine. I hope that helped.
For the owner: We stopped coming to your business due to this exact same issue years ago. You still haven't figured it out. I strongly recommend anyone reading this review not order from here if you want your food to be provided when they say it will be. It frankly doesn't matter if the food is good if you never get it.

Ordered through Ubereats last night and bit into a fish scale EACH in TWO different Tuna rolls; the negi tori maki roll and the spicy tuna roll.
Packaging was inadequate. Takeout bag was dripping soy sauce because of the way the soysauce containers were all stacked in a single vertical column on top of the boxes and improperly secured.
Dragon roll was pretty good.

Takeout order took too long. I could have written many more reviews with the amount of time waited. Parking space is limited. Very busy, please turn off one of the apps if you are unable to handle the amount of orders.

edit; the tuna belly are a lot smaller now with more rice. the scallop aburi has more rice and avocado now so theres less scallop. tempura prawn appetizer used to be crispy but not anymore. everything is just smaller in general or with less fish

This is the place where I tried my first ever sushi helping. I like the Salmon Tempura Roll but the California Roll is what I also like to have.
Great selection and great prices, I only wish the place had a seating section.

I have ordered from here on multiple occasions. Every time they take at least double the estimated time to prepare. It is frustrating to arrive to pick up your order and have them tell you to come back in 10 minutes only to return and have them tell you another 10 minutes. The food is good but the wait time makes it no longer worth ordering from. They tell you to order through the app but then you don't get given a wait time until after your order is submitted. I have even called to confirm the wait time before ordering and it is still an extra 20-30mins. I would not recommend ordering here if you want your food prepared on time.
