The staff at this store were really kind. I asked if I could buy a phalaenopsis orchid that wasn’t out on display yet since they were still getting things ready, and they immediately put a price tag on it for me. The orchid had fresh sphagnum moss and the plant itself was in great shape — most of the buds have bloomed beautifully. I’m really happy with the whole experience
We recently visited this GardenWorks location and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were outstanding — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help, even when the store was busy. As beginners, we had plenty of questions, and they took the time to guide us through everything without making us feel rushed or overwhelmed.

I had a really nice customer experience here the other day. I was overwhelmed while trying to determine what would work best in my part-to-full shade, high moisture garden.
