Gaya sushi is located on Bainbridge Avenue, they serve sushi rolls and Japanese food. I ordered the beef udon, Alaska combo, California roll, and spicy salmon roll. It tasted pretty fresh I would recommend it if you're in the area and want some sushi.

The Alaska sushi could have used more sauce. The Volcano roll had a really good portion of scallop. It had a lot of hot sauce on it, but wasn't too spicy. The Salmon oshi was good. The Sunomono could have used a bit more vinegar and sugar, but was surprised they gave 3 pieces of shrimp. Normally you only get 1 or small pieces. Overall, pretty happy with our take out order.

Extremely delicious katsu chicken. A bit disappointing on the salmon roll but the katsu made up for it.
My husband and son loves this place. They’ve been going there for over a decade now. Food has always been consistent, can’t say the same about the staff BUT all have always been very welcoming. Everyone we’ve ever recommended this place to has loved as well prices are so reasonable compared to other sushi restaurants in the area. 100% recommend

I tried their eel, their chicken katsu don and a roll. It was ready for pickup very quickly. The prices for the bowls are quite good for the quantity. Tastes pretty good.

First time customer. Ordered delivery. I called ahead to ask if they could accommodate my shellfish allergy. I'm aware this is a tough ask for any sushi restaurant as I'm asking them to clean cutting boards and utensils before preparing my order in a vacuum per se. They were willing to do their best. As I'm not anaphylactic level this was satisfactory for me.
I ordered the spicy tuna roll, vegetarian combo rolls, Philadelphia roll, ichiban combo, salmon aburi oshi, beef teriyaki roll and a tuna belly nigiri piece to add to the ichiban combo.
All was fantastic. Very happy with this order and service received. Zero reaction whatsoever w my allergy.
Will absolutely be back.
