This is a restaurant that I would like to evaluate as fusion Japanese food rather than authentic Japanese food.The price is a bit high, but the overall taste and quality of the food is good.When I visited, I saw that most tables were eating cream pasta, so I ordered it and it was delicious.In the case of Yuza Chashu Ohsi, the taste of yuzu at the end balances out the greasiness of the pork.In the case of Spicy Tuna Ohsi, red pepper paste sauce was used to reduce the greasy taste of the tuna, but it would have been more delicious if the red pepper paste tasted a little less.Overall delicious food!

Came here on Valentine’s Day. Walked in at 6:30pm and was told 25mins for waitlist. That seemed pretty reasonable considering we had no reservations. 1.5 hours later we were finally seated. Wish the host didn’t keep telling people that were coming in that it would only be 30mins as the wait was clearly outrageous. They were also taking a lot of takeout orders but those people seemed to be waiting an hour for their food too. When we finally got seated, we were told that aburi sushi would be 30+min wait. As we had already waited so long we decided to wait some more. Again, wish the host had told the people on the waitlist about that first. The couple next to us had waited 2 hours for just karaage and hadn’t received their aburi but decided to leave. Nobody in the restaurant looked like they were having a good night, everyone was hungry and frustrated. After we placed our order, the next table was told that aburi sushi was sold out. So many people waited and walked out because the food was taking so ridiculously long. We waited an hour for our orders and the portions were so tiny, the salmon was barely visible. What an incredibly disappointing experience from what is usually a decent restaurant. Not sure what was going on the kitchen that night but it was absolute chaos.
