Frequently provides overcooked/burnt chicken to those who order delivery, knowing they don't see immediate repercussions. Never will order from them again.
Second time I've ordered from HiFive, everything arrived cold except for the drinks.
DO BETTER!!!
I just ordered a 3 piece meal and received 2 drumsticks and a thigh (brutal). One piece was fine the other 2 were cold and had been sitting awhile. The fries were the worst I've had, they were under heat lamp I'm sure for at least a couple of hours they tasted like day old French fries. this was the Maple Ridge location which just opened, so maybe they were working out the kinks.
