Food was decent, service the same but the bathrooms were disgusting.
Always good value.
Great service and Jojo was exceptional 😊
Susan is a fantastic server, and always does her best to make sure everything is the best possible.
Family friendly, group friendly
Kid-friendliness: Kid get a free meal (half seize) if parents' order is over $18

Change your hours to closes at 5:00pm if you lock your doors at 5, and not 6.

IHOP's strict enforcement of their no substitution policy coupled with serving portions that border on downright skimpy sends a clear message that attracting and keeping repeat clientele is not a priority for them.
To echo another reviewer's comment, don't be fooled by the pictures in the menu. My egg white omelette looked like a steam roller had rolled over it before it was brought to my table. And I'm pretty sure the extra spinach never materialized. And if it did, it was an extra leaf or two..and that's being generous by IHOP's standards.
I'm so glad that there is a Denny's at the corner of North Road and Austin. At least there, I can count on getting good value for my money.
This place is weird and charges you when you want whipping cream. Also they don't clean their seats. It feels so dirty when you sit down

Went here for the first time for breakfast. The place was busy on a Saturday but they had many seats available. Despite this we were asked to wait 10-15 minutes. Once seated we were crammed in the same row as everyone else. The guests were all sitting in the same section and it was overcrowded while the other half of the restaurant was empty? Service was horrible as we didn't get our order taken for probably 20 minutes and then our food came but our drinks never did till half way through our meals. The food was
standard IHOP food that you would expect. The service was honestly just baffling here. They had probably 10 waitresses doing basically nothing and 2-3 waitresses would clean one table at a time while neglecting customers. Would not recommend due to the terrible and slow service here.

Great place. It reminds me of an old fashioned diner that doesn't change much. The staff are friendly and food is good.
Dietary restrictions: They might do substitutions for diabetics.
Parking: Skytrain and buses nearby.
Wheelchair accessibility: While you can get around as it's flat/one level. There doesn't look to be alot of room if you use a walker. In some spots they could move chairs for a wheelchair to sit. But I doubt you could get a wheelchair in a booth. I do think they have an accessible bathroom. But the hall to the bathroom is narrow. I can see it being a problem for wheelchairs and walkers. Without a walker or wheelchair people have to wait for others to pass before they can walk down the hall as it's so narrow.

I went here with my family and we had:
$10 dollar breakfast deal and everything was kids size. Pancakes were dry with no flavour.
also had the hamburger with was the size of a McDonald’s breakfast sandwich with 7 frozen onion rings
Fish n chips were also frozen and not made in house. I don’t mind frozen fish made in house but the whole fish was from a package.
Not worth the money but better than Denny’s

The portions of the big steik omelet every day are made with smaller portions and less meat and the higher price.
