Cozy location! Older style however very well kept and clean. Waitresses are older and mature, with great attitudes. Service was fast and food was hot and delicious. Coffee craft is set on the table so you don't have to wait or ask for coffee. Location is quiet so you can enjoy your coffee and breakfast in peace. More of the older generation at this location. ?

The place is nice and they give coloring papers for the kids.The pancakes are really good. If you want to eat pancakes, IHOP is great. But, for other dishes like omelet and brunch plates, it is pretty blend.The hot chocolate is pretty good! Better than most places.For Pancakes 4 stars, for the rest 2 stars.

Worst location for dine in. Server didn’t come for 30 mins to take an order and then disappeared. Came with a wrong order later and didn’t bother to fix it. We had to leave after paying whatever was on our table without finishing the food. Zarif was a server and he should probably find another job if he is not passionate about what he is doing.

Im very disappointed of this restaurant, we were waiting so long for the waiter to take our order, he didn’t come back after leaving our food even when I asked him for ketchup and mayo…All the staff are hidden in the kitchen and they never ask you if you need anything.It is the worst service I have ever received in my life.
