I’ve been coming here for years, but this recent visit really frustrated me. They gave me my fried chicken in just the thin white paper bag, without the usual brown bag they always used to include for free.
I asked for one, since I was carrying a lot, and was told I had to pay 25 cents. I've never been charged before. What upset me more was seeing the same staff give another customer the brown bag for free right after.
That kind of inconsistent service feels unfair. It really changed how I see this place.

Went to Aberdeen mall. Stopped by the food court. I was really looking forward to a yummy little snack. Ordered the chicken Karaage. It came in a little bag and had about 10 little pieces. I was excited. Smelled yummy. Took my first bite and bit into some cartilage and gristle. Hoping the next piece was not gristlely. Nope. Out of 10 pieces of chicken, each and every single piece was gristlely. See the pic ? It’s ALL gristle and cartilage. Sorely disappointed. ☹️ I won’t be back.
