The kimchi and kimchi that came as a side dish was really crazy. It's torn into long strips to make it easier to eat. It was so delicious that my companion and I refilled it. We also heard that they sell it separately (in one container for $20 before tax), so we bought it. The main menu was okay, but the kimchi was really delicious. Thier house made kimchi served as a side dish is the best one I had in Canada. Sweet and spicy. and cut well enough to eat. We had to ask for a refill as we loved it so much. If you ask the server, their kimchi is available for takeout for $20. Had to buy one.

My sister and I really enjoyed our dining experience at Jang Mo Jib. The food and service was delicious and I appreciated how the servers came by to check up on us and refilled a side dish. Also, I liked how there was no wait time. This place is delicious, efficient, and runs like a well-oiled machine. 맛있게 먹었어요. 감사합니다~ 또 올게요!

I’ve always enjoyed this Korean restaurant, but today we experienced something unexpected. We were asked to leave because our young toddler, who doesn’t eat Korean food, brought in McDonald’s , which is considered outside food. I understand the policy about outside food, but since toddlers typically don’t consume much from the restaurant menu, I feel there could be some flexibility for young kids or infants. This was our first time encountering this situation here, and as long-time customers, it left us feeling a bit down. Interestingly, after we left and went to the next restaurant, they happily welcomed us in with the same burger. They even mentioned that in this competitive economy, customer service and flexibility are key, which made us think.
