Arrived at 2pm on a Saturday, the place is clearly not busy but we were waiting at the door for at least 10 for someone to finally come tell us to write names on the sheet. I just think it’s not reasonable to let a bunch of people standing at the door when there are clearly seats in the space. Food wise, I think the pork chashu bowl is nice, ramen was average.

Just had lunch here and the food was good but Laura our server was great! She was super kind and attentive despite seeming to have quite a few tables to deal with. Lychee martinis are really good and the bubble is so cute!! Would recommend

Waiting was about 10min and the place is small so not for the group people I guess. This place is nice for lunch time or two people. I tried Yuzu Shio Delight cuz the others are too oily and heavy for me. It was yummy:)

OMG the Miso eggplant is the best eggplant dish I’ve ever tried. Honestly, I am not a fan of Jinya’s Ramen, but the eggplant was surprisingly good!! MUST TRY!!!

We tried the ‘Jinya Tonkotsu Black’ and ‘Cha Cha Cha,’ and both were okay. I was expecting a much richer broth, but it felt like something was missing. What surprised me about the Cha Cha Cha was that you could crush as much garlic as you wanted with a tool and add it to the ramen. Although the price is higher compared to other ramen places, the portions are large, and I appreciated the generous amount of bean sprouts in my ramen.

If you’re a germaphobe or you just like your stuff being clean, just know they’ll wheel out a trolley full of trash through the dinning room in the middle of service, rubbing it against everyone’s jackets and stuff. Instead of using a back door or just waiting until service is over. Don’t wear anything you can’t just easily throw in the wash, unless you don’t care about your clothes touching trash. A lot of money to pay for the food court experience…just drive the extra 10min to maruhachi for better ramen

The food is delicious and well presented. The atmosphere is nice and clean, but their table setting welcomes only 4 or fewer groups. We went there for dinner as a group of 7 and had to wait by standing by the front door for around 80 minutes. Though there were tables that could accommodate 4 and 2 people from time to time, they prioritized small groups for those tables. We had to wait until they took us to the only table that could accommodate 7. The place is pretty busy, may be because of delicious food. But we will not consider this place as an option if we have a group of 5 or more.

Staff continues to prove they are incompetent. They manage to miss items from my order everything.

Today - I ordered several items for pick-up. The host claimed everything is in the bag which was stapled shut with the receipt.

By the time I got home and opened the bag. They forgot half of my order.

I called the restaurant 8 times with no response. Therefore, I ended up driving all the way back to the restaurant. My order was left out by the bar just sitting their.

The host kept apologizing and wanted to get the manager involved. Oddly enough this has happened so many times and I'm so sick of their excuses and offering their apologies or credits. P.S. I already have a an outstanding credit from the manager because of this issue happening couple of weeks ago.

Maybe the manager should retrain their staff.

I'm not coming back to this restaurant. I would rate this restaurant -0 if I could.

Despite, better vegetarian options I'll just go to Kokoro Mazesoba.

I specifically requested no nori - why was their nori in the ramen?

This was our 3 or 4 time here.
All the ramen is amazing I love everything, their special sauces are also great, there is one in particular super spicy.

The music and temperature is always good and relaxing
