The price is fair and the owner is very friendly. The BBQ beef rice is popular and kids like it. I ordered curry beef but it's under average ?. Surprisingly, the bubble tea is better than I expected. The pearls are soft and chewy like chat time. It's a good value when ordering the combo. It's also kid friendly too. I would go back again :-) just not ordering curry beef..lol..

Taiwanese hot pot spot that's decently priced and pretty affordable considering other hot pot restaurants in the area. It's a set meal so it also comes with a side which is nice. The service is hit and miss depending on who's working and the number of customers

It was our first time coming here even though we've lived in this area for a long time. The owner is friendly, the food is delicious, portions are generous. We ordered the spicy beef hotpot and salt and pepper chicken nugget rice.

Long overdue review for JoJu - I have been here numerous times of the past few years - and just happened to go again yesterday.Location has plenty of seating - and normally doesn't get too busy - so service is pretty quick and attentiveThey also offer an assortment of bubble teas , and even frozen dim sums for you to take out to make at home as well :) - Personally love the BBQ pork buns here - however you will likely need to pre-order them and pick-up. That being said - they will be FRESH - no guessing on "how long was this frozen"Okay yesterdays meal was great - the chicken was competitive with other places offering salty peppery nuggets - you could literally hear the oil from there kitchen sizzling these to perfection - (aka - no reheating phew) they aren't overly seasoned though - so if you want a STRONG salt taste- this might be underwhelming for you.instagram.com/vanleo.eat…The pot and Taiwanese sausage rice was delicious - food ratios made sense - rice/protein/ sauce - nothing over powered the other - just blended with each other.Personally feel like this is one of the few places left that give a good value for $ -Our two mains plus the chicken - plus tax and tips = $40 - I'd say that is pretty fair.

I have a feeling people come here for the family-run restaurant feel or because the menu prices are a bit lower. The food was surprisingly decent but i have concerns about the cleanliness inside. Too many free roaming flies. Why not get a fly zapper and swing it around once in a while?

Tried this place out for dinner last week! Decent sized portions for the price. The Taiwanese chicken nuggets were delicious. Going to come back to try the deep fried squid tentacles next time!

I got Seafood fried rice, squid, bubble tea, and chicken nuggets from there. The squid was bitter and tasted of old oil. Fried rice was almost okay but I found CHUNKS of salt several times, which were not mixed in properly. Seafood in the rice was low quality, mostly imitation crab.Bubble tea was misex with only podwers, no real milk and no real fruit at all. Tapioka was mushy. The chicken was for my friend but he said he did not enjoy it either.Worst of all is the fishtank at the entrance with 2 turtles in there, which look very sad. I wish I could save them, I am owrried for their wellbeing. The tank is very dirty and has nothing in it, omly a couple of stones and some dirty water.I will never go back there and do not recommend it. But mostly I wish I could save the turtles :(

Very tasty food at very reasonable prices. Beef on rice, vermicelli seafood soup, popcorn Taiwanese chicken. They served miso soup with the dishes which is unusual but very good as well with bits of seaweed in it.
