The smoothy was very watered down and the contents just separated. Haven’t had this issue in other locations. Also the lady wasn’t professional, rather was rude.

I was there to redeem my free smoothie and a South Asian lady worker said the scanner isn't working, even if the red light is blinking. Eventually it worked. If you get some worker says like this, just let them try it, I feel like they lie for no reason, what a shame!

The lady working here today was so perfect and willing to do a complicated custom smoothie bowl order with so much love, patience and understanding and explained everything so well. I hope she'll always be there to nourish other souls with the good products here who know how to appreciate this place the way it deserves to be

The workers here literally can't make anything correctly. My wife brought me a Jugo Cold Brew that was so bad it made me sick. You should hire some high school kids or at least some folks who can speak and read English.

Super good smoothie and the worker there was really nice and fast, but it's insane to me that she was the only one working the lunch hour on a Saturday, taking orders and making all the food. Seems to me to be a case of management deliberately understaffing to save costs, and shooting themselves in tbe foot in the mean time.

Not the smartest workers there. Accepted on Uber eats but said they were closed when I got there to pick up. Suggested letting Uber eats know when the store is actually closed and she just kept on repeating that they were closed. Lol
