Things were good here till a few years ago. Now, in my experience, its a combo of poor customer service & shrinkflation. The staff seems to project an attitude of 'take it or leave it', which is rather unfriendly & unfortunate.

Super sweet staff. Starting up conversation checking in with us. Very friendly reccomending drinks and completed our order in less than 2 mins start to Finnish :))

I usually get mighty kale but this time it was really really bad there was no taste at all. I felt like I m just drinking spinach and on top of it she showed me attitude when I go back to her and telling about the drink.. worst experience

I got the “Matcha made in Heaven” but it was faraway from being made in “Heaven” ?. Unfortunately it was really bad and when I asked, the south Asian employee made it seem like it was my fault somehow. Never coming back again. Customer service is important. “You don’t like this drink? we apologize, would you like another one? “ but no.. sorry, 1 star from me.

If I could leave zero stars I would. 10:20am still NOBODY HERE! supposed to open at 10am. Been waiting 20mins, nobody has opened. Unbelievable! So glad we wasted our time driving here and going inside the flipping mall to find it. Never returning.

Hi. I ordered 2 twilight black teas.First of all they were different colours which didn’t make sense. Second of all the tapioca had no taste and the bounce was not great. Third the drink tasted bland and had no tea taste.I’m not even exaggerating but this is likely one of the worst bubble teas I’ve had in my entire life. This is destroying the Jugo juice brand. This location might as well not sell bubble tea.I’d like to be reimbursed for these drinks so I can actually order a smoothie.Super disappointed.
The lady put entire apples into the juicer, core seeds, stem and all... Including the plastic stickers. Which makes me fully believe their produce isn't washed and checked before they serve it. Will never return.

Rude staff and they were blasting Indian music today like we were at an Indian wedding or something. I’m guessing someone complained and they told them to stop, because 15 minutes later when I was passing by, the music was completely off.

I can totally agree why they have bad reviews. I went today to get my smoothie first time from this location. The girl who was working was so rude and started arguing with me when I asked her not to add ice. She told me that the smoothie with be thin. I asked her to add something else instead of Ice. She told me that I can’t as its in the recipe. I mean more than half of the packet were filled with ice and you are trying to charge almost $10 just for ice!!??? She told me that if you want smoothie with no ice you have to pay extra!!!. My cup was not even full and I asked her to give my money back. She started arguing and told me 'Its Business' I mean are you really trying to ripp off your customers by charging for Ice. Really really bad customer service ? and she had no sense how to talk to customers. I will prefer to go to other location as they customize every time for me.
