After travelling much of the world, the chicken ramen and chicken karaage is probably some of the best I’ve ever had. Welcoming service and great atmosphere, I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Downtown-quality Ramen in burnaby. Chasu was not too fatty, the noodles were perfect, the egg was PERFECT. The staff was SO NICE. Really friendly and accommodating. Was a wonderful experience ❤️

Nothing special. Broths seemed to be lacking depth, and maybe compensated with salt and fat? Unfortunately, the charshu was not very tender. Portion on the smaller side, but still within reason.

Really great ramen options. Also has vegetarian options. Can choose options for rich broth or less rich broth as well. Love the customizable options here!
My miso tantan was a bit too salty for me. The service was good at first, but toward the end it felt a bit rushed — as soon as we finished our bowls, they cleared everything and brought the bill and card machine without us asking. The candy was pretty good though — hard at first but turned soft later.

A small restaurant with an attitude towards detail. Only couple of tables so expect some kind of waiting. The foods will compensate for your patience as they are really good ramen :)
Edited: Revisit lately after a long time, happy to find out that the food quality has gone up, the broth, mainly, taste fabulous 🤩 ramen prepared with hearts 💕 Bravo!

I am extremely disappointed with my visit to Kamamarui Ramen & Don yesterday. I ordered a ramen, and shortly after eating it, I started feeling very sick. By later that day, I was experiencing symptoms of food poisoning, which lasted through the night.
This was not only uncomfortable but also very concerning from a food safety standpoint. I expect restaurants to maintain proper hygiene and food handling standards, and this experience has made me lose trust in this establishment.
I hope the management takes this issue seriously, investigates the cause, and ensures better quality control to prevent this from happening to anyone else in the future.
