Meetrice Noodles offers a fusion of Szechuan China, Taiwanese and some Japanese food. The rice noodles are delicious, with a rich broth and perfect texture, soft yet chewy. Ingredients are abundant, including lots of meat, beancurd, mu'er, and shrimp. The peppery pork belly and chicken soup is rich in ingredients with high Cp value. The salty crispy chicken is juicy and fragrant. Servers are kind, helpful, and prompt, with food served in 5 minutes. Some noted the restaurant is freezing, and more photos of soups would help non-Chinese speakers. Parking is terrible.
