I thought it was more spacious and overall cleaner than the downtown location. Service was kinda better as well.

We wre quite excited after reviewing the menu but left disappointed. The servers appeared confused and were really quite unhelpful.

Its Mothers day and they ran out of chicken broth at 330pm. My mom doesn't eat pork and was forced to choose a mushroom broth to keep the group happy. Bad choice.

The extra meat option consisted of dry, chopped pork that was 50% fat.

My wife's soup clearly had less broth than the rest of our group. Asking for a top up resulted in stunned looks and excuses. Only after showing how low the broth was compared to others did they offer to top up but with an extra charge! Seriously? Extra charge for broth? Very chinsy behaviour.

The gyoza was over fried and dried out. The pork slices in the soup were at least 50% fat.

We regret not keeping of reservation at Earls.

we was ordering katsu ramen (chicken broth) and minced pork rice bowl, and we sit like around 10 mins. After that, they told us that they sold the chicken broth, its really unprofessional where we waste our time right there in abt 10 mins, they should be told us right away after we order the food not after 10 mins, really bad.

Quick service and efficient staff, which is always appreciated. The ramen was good. A solid option if you’re looking for something simple and fast

So they've removed the salmon from the menu. I overall like the new trimmed down menu but think they should have kept one seafood option for the noodles.

Amazing outlet for the Japanese vegetarian Ramen noodles. The tomato bliss (with Mazesoba) was indeed the best spaghetti Inhad which had brought back the memories of the spaghetti I had in a chain of spaghetti outlets in Japan way back in the 90s. The Suntori beer was an excellent accompaniment. We also
had the Sapporo draught beer which was authentically Japanese. The ordering system through the on-table touch screen monitor, which doubles up as a waiter calling device, is innovative. Service team does a wonderful job..Highly recommended..

First time here and I got the specialty Mazesoba, the creamy one. Honestly, it is ok, I would prefer the one in metrotown mall on the 2nd floor where the arcade is. The restaurant itself is great and the staff are very friendly. To order, you use the tablet that is at each table. I won't go back there honestly, as there are better Ramen places.

Very nice staff and it was easy to order on the ipad. The dishes arrived quickly (ramens and mazesoba) but we found them pretty bland in taste.
It was cheap (36$ for two) and fast so it’s a good option if you’re in a hurry or don’t want to think to much about where to eat, but won’t recommend if you’re looking for strong flavors.

Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba ✨️

Went to dinner with my sister to Kokoro. The place has a really nice, chill vibe. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience pleasant. The only downside was the wait time it took quite a while before we got our food, Longer than expected, so not ideal if you’re in a rush. We ordered the tamago ramen and katsu ramen. Both tasted really good and were satisfying overall. The tamago ramen stood out, while the katsu was slightly dry, but still enjoyable.

Final Thoughts? A great spot for a relaxing meal with good food and a calm atmosphere. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait during busy times.
