Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I'd give it zero if I could. I've been there or tried to go there multiple times as its the closest to my house. Every time I'm waiting very patiently to be acknowledge while staff are all right there. I have to ask for service every single time after waiting approximately 5 minutes. They seem to think every customer who walks in is a skip or Uber eats driver. Tonight is the last time I'll ever go there. Luckily Burger King is next door.

I couldn't believe it took her over 15 minutes to make just three coffees… It was over 30 degrees, no AC in the store, and I was literally soaking wet while waiting.
This lady kept switching between staring at the screen and fiddling with cups, but somehow just wouldn't pour the coffee. There was a whole line of people waiting, and she was moving like there was no rush at all.
By the time she finally handed me my iced coffee, the ice had already melted completely. I asked her to make a fresh one, and she just rolled her eyes, turned around, threw the cup out and started remaking it.
Halfway through? She just walked away, leaving everyone hanging. Eventually another girl came over and I had to ask her to please just finish my drink.
Honestly, this experience was terrible. I'm like, train your people!!! Don't let this kind of service ruin your entire reputation.
Ordered through Uber Eats – they forgot to include half of our orders. I called them, and the Indian lady I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional in handling the situation. I asked what to do, and she told me to “come here or just go to Uber,” then hung up the phone without saying anything further. Just hung up the phone - disgusting attitude. Whoever the manager at this location is, they are hiring poorly and not managing properly. Don’t let your chain’s reputation suffer because of untrainable people with the worst work ethics. Don’t hire those kind of poeple

I got this place usually from Uber eats and the experience every time has either been pure confusion, frustration, or feeling ripped off.
McDonald's quality isn't expected to be good but this place bring that to a whole new level, the milkshakes taste very weird and over concentrated, fries are stale and burgers like the quarter pounder BLT almost always has ingredients missing.
I can't speak for going to the actual location but every driver I had, had to waiting in a drive though for 15-20 minutes before he could actually get the food, and surprise surprise it was cold. The reason for this is because the location doesn't open it's doors at night due to the homeless in the area which I can understand, but at least have sufficient staff to deal with the high traffic of people.
The breaking point for me was when I ordered large fries, nuggets, milkshake, and double quarter pounder BLT. When I got my order the milkshake was replaced with a coke, no nuggests, medium fries, and just had a regular quarter pounder. I requested for a refund immediately.
If you're going to order out like I did, choose a different location or better yet something like A&W as they actually have good tasting food, won't rip you off, and have it served within a expected time.

Worst service ever. I ordered a junior chicken online at around 3:30 am knowing that they close at 4 am but when I went for pick up they told me they can’t process it coz it is gonna be 4 soon and asked me to cancel it from my side. Plus the staff is very rude.

I recently visited this McDonald’s, and I have to say, my experience was much better than in the past. A worker named "Ilia"went out of his way to make my visit memorable. My son really wanted the Mario toy, and Ilia made sure he got it, going the extra mile to help us. He was respectful and polite making the experience so much smoother. I've had negative experiences inside of this mcdonalds because it was very hard to understand most of the workers whose ethnicity i shall not name. The food was decent and the washroom was very dirty. Overall average Mcdonalds, definitely better places to go for lunch.
