Worst service ever. I ordered a junior chicken online at around 3:30 am knowing that they close at 4 am but when I went for pick up they told me they can’t process it coz it is gonna be 4 soon and asked me to cancel it from my side. Plus the staff is very rude.

I recently visited this McDonald’s, and I have to say, my experience was much better than in the past. A worker named "Ilia"went out of his way to make my visit memorable. My son really wanted the Mario toy, and Ilia made sure he got it, going the extra mile to help us. He was respectful and polite making the experience so much smoother. I've had negative experiences inside of this mcdonalds because it was very hard to understand most of the workers whose ethnicity i shall not name. The food was decent and the washroom was very dirty. Overall average Mcdonalds, definitely better places to go for lunch.

Used 6000pts on the app and ordered a mcdouble with an extra patty + extra condiments. Picked up through drive-thru, type of burger was correct BUT i only received a regular burger without my charged patty (extra pickles onions ketchup mustard were included though). Went in a few days later and the shift supervisor gave me a complimentary meal on the house ($10+ value). She corrected the error and I didn’t need to demand anything.

The evening people work at night and they are rude they tell me to pick deliveries from drive through and other people walk up to the drive through and that’s not right but the night people are very nice

This McDonald's has progressively gotten worse over the past 12 months. Ordered 10 chicken nugget meal that was not edible. Nuggets were cold and difficult to chew, the fries were the same, asked for a replacement order, and they told me they do not replace orders.

Really bad staff. Today is Oct 30 2024. I saw new toys of Mario Kart came out so I asked the staff at drive through to see if they have it. The guy told me yes so I ordered 2 happy meal, one for my kid and one for me so he has a chance to get 2 different cars. The toys that came with the two happy meals are Minions from Despicable Me 4. No, not even the Halloween bucket from previous happy meal rotation, but the one before that. Needless to say, I have a disappointed kid at home now. If you come to this McDonald for specific happy meal toys, make sure you check before you leave and not be tricked into helping them get rid of old toys.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's in terms of the condition of the inside seating area. Always a mess as if they only clean it once a day yet it also somehow constantly smells like diapers/ baby powder.

The management of this location needs to all be fired. Most of the staff are working very hard to fulfill all the orders but the management provides no leadership and zero direction to help facilitate their process. Mobile order at 10:50 took until 11:40 to fulfill and the order was still wrong, and from standing at the order pick up area for 50 minutes it was clear that it also happened to the 80+ orders that they fulfilled before and after mine. Your order number is merely a reference here and not a proper indicator of your order's fulfillment. Double check your drink lids because they WILL explode due to not being on tight and make a mess on yourself. Avoid if you can, and if you can't then be prepared to wait at least 30min to 1 hr for a McDonalds order.
