This is the type of location that has the reputation to ruin franchises. The wait times here are wildly inconsistent, and seemingly have nothing to do with an existing que. I’ll consistently wait 8-10 minutes for a single coffee when drive-thru is empty. To add insult to injury, the coffee at this place is even less consistent. Either burnt, stale or both.

Drive thru, ordered double hamburger extra patty, didn’t give extra patty. My gains are gone.

Always an extremely slow drive-thru. Even for a small coffee, the wait is at least 10 minutes every time. They advertise “fast food,” but there’s nothing fast about it. Honestly, Starbucks serves coffee faster than this place. Very disappointing service and poor efficiency.
