I went to this store of McDonald's around 5 PM and ordered four meals. I asked if I could get a bag, and the person, who I believe might have been a supervisor, had the audacity to say, 'Oh, no. We don't sell this; you can go buy one at Walmart.' She could clearly see I had other items in my hands. It was incredibly frustrating to encounter someone unwilling to help a customer and being so stingy with a bag. What a shameful experience.

Rude staff. Why be so rude? If you're frustrated, take it out on your manager, not the customers.
Instead of insulting us, just smile, and them go complain to your manager. That's what managers are for.
I would like to leave a genuinely positive review for this McDonald’s location (Store #14908).
This is honestly the only McDonald’s we’ve been to where the staff willingly and calmly offered to wash their hands and put on gloves before preparing our food, without any hesitation or attitude. That level of care really stood out and made a huge difference for us.
Special thanks to Sukhman and Preeti — they were kind, professional, and very attentive. You can clearly see that they truly care about hygiene and about their customers’ comfort, which is incredibly reassuring.
Because of this level of care and respect, I highly recommend this location. The way the staff treats customers here is exceptional and makes you feel genuinely valued. This experience left a very strong positive impression, and we will definitely be happy to come back.

I need to get $2 for the change, but I got $1 for it. Absolutely ridiculous, 1 dollar is precious to me. I threw away the receipt and tried to find it in the trash, but I couldn't find it. Maybe I'll go to another McDonald's next time.
My friend ordered French fries, but some of them are burnt.

Although it was quite busy today, the staff worked hard to get orders out on time. A special thank you to a young man named JV, who managed the order line with a friendly attitude and impressive finesse. He stayed attentive, kept everything moving efficiently, served with a big smile on his face, and showed consistently good manners. It genuinely made the experience feel much less hectic. Truly appreciated!

The food service staff were diligent and quick with the service despite viewing food handled with bare hands! The countertops in the customer seating area, especially around the pop machine were unsanitized and filthy unlike other McDonald locations that have a calm, peaceful atmosphere to enjoy your meal, this one appeared hectic and unorganized in the front service area.

Josh was exceptional through and through with excellent communication, efficiency, and overall great customer service. We also had to make an adjustment to our order, and Josh handled this flawlessly. We also appreciate the level of work ethic presented as it was VERY busy at the time of our visit - and Josh amongst other staff were working very diligently and effectively - which made for an overall great visit for us!

The service here is super slow and they never seem to have enough inventory. Every-time I get a burger from this place it’s either dry or something is wrong with it. Better off going to the other one up the street.

Order was ready got a long time and I can see it, but they didn’t call my number. When I complained my food was ready and number didn’t get called, they said they called it. I was in front of the counter the whole time. No way I missed it.

A short Asian glassed supervisor was dismissive. People buy happy meals beacuse of popular toys. Like there is only one come on! I get it it was busy when I visited! Also, the price varies depending on location. This Macdonalds is slightly on higher side.
