I recently visited this McDonald’s for the first time, Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The day I decided to finally try it, there was a long line of six people waiting to order. I understand that demand is always high at McDonald’s, so I was prepared to wait my turn and then wait again for my food.
However, the wait turned out to be much longer than I expected. I noticed there were only two employees—one handling orders and food preparation, while the other seemed busy with some sort of inventory task. We politely asked a couple of times if the wait would be much longer, and each time, the employee responded with a slightly irritated attitude, saying it wouldn’t be too long. I understood they were likely under pressure, so I waited patiently. Almost 40 minutes later, I finally received my order, which turned out to be incorrect. At that point, though, I was too hungry to complain, so I decided to accept it as it was.
I sat down with my partner, poured my drink, and was just about to take a bite of my burger when the same employee came over and told us they were closing, and we had to leave. I asked if we could just have a few minutes to finish our food while they cleaned up or closed out their registers. She bluntly told me no. Frustrated, hungry, and after spending over an hour just to get a burger, I ended up eating my food standing outside on the street.
Another customer in a similar situation agreed with me, saying they should have informed us before ordering that dining in would not be allowed. It would’ve been reasonable to at least let us finish eating inside for a few minutes while they wrapped up their tasks.
In all honesty, I can’t understand why they couldn’t give us even 10 extra minutes to finish our meals in the dining area before closing.

Despite an unfortunate accident where another customer accidentally knocked over my coffee, the overall experience was salvaged by the manager's intervention. While the initial response from a staff member was less than satisfactory, the manager stepped in, addressed the situation, and ensured I was taken care of. I appreciate the manager's efforts to make things right.

Had a big Mac for $4 from the App, and the guy was cross-contaminating, touching his jeans and then the burger without washing his hands. Not the type I was expecting, and the manager tried to defend the worker.

This is by far one of the worst mcdonald in BC. I shop at the walmart weekly so I go here once in a while just for convenience. They take up to 30 mins to get the order done, and sometimes my takeout large fries is only 1/3 full. Always check your order before leaving at this location. Absolute clowns work here with no training or quality control. My son has gotten food poisoning here too. I wouldn't bother writing a review for mcdonald but this place is beyond awful, I had to do it. If you see unsanitary workers here, take photos and report them right away to fraser health authority food facility inspection.

Paid for large fries after shopping and it wasn't till I got home that I noticed it wasn't even filled halfway. I know it's just mcdonalds but what a joke to pay for large fries and they fill it with small.

Will not be returning to this location. The used the paper fry holder on the fry basket handle and then later filled it up with fries and put into a happy meal. That just not sanitary. Very poor customer service. Very confusing waiting for the order as they seem to click through serving number fast like they are trying to keep there service time stays high leaving customers wondering where there order went.

Super busy location, not the best looking one, but I had a great experience today that I like to share.I ordered just a coffee and watched the girl empty what was left in the pot into my cup and left it there to brew more so she can add to it.The supervisor named May, came there and emptied the cup and started to brew a fresh pot and told the cashier that she shouldn't have done this.They didn't know I was watching, but that little gesture is only expected from a supervisor who knows what good service is.Thanks May and great job!

So I ordered table service and put my ear buds in waiting for my food. Maybe a sign should be put up saying table service isn't available at a certain time. I got cold food.
