Terrible service. I was trying tobuse coupon that they emailed to me but they wouldn't accept when I've used the same coupon at many other mcdonalds restaurants before.
The food is good, but the service not really
Stupid people with no manners, extremely rude, extremely bad service. This is my first review, this is the worst McDonald's!!
This is byfar the worst location I've been to, repeatedly. Enough to deter you to not bother wasting your money here. Food takes incredibly long when there is no line, let alone when there is one. Their saving grace is being located in store.
I always look for reasons to give good reviews, but last visit that was difficult.
The Good:
The restaurant was clean, front staff were quick, polite and kind.
The Bad:
My order was made wrong (mistakes happen), but most of all I was charged $0.30 for a paper bag on a to go order. I did and did not receive napkins in the bag.
McDonald’s, shame on you for continuing to raise prices and then up-charging for standard things like 0.02 paper bags on to go orders.
Are you really expecting people with grocery bags coming from Walmart to cart their individual items sometimes over 10 items by hand unless they buy a lm over priced bag?
I did ask them to reconsider after I found out as I already ordered. The staff was unable to make an exception. Therefore I am warning to others through this review about the unmovable up-charge if you order take out here.
When this is fixed I will visit again.
Whenever I order a meal from this store they never add my hash browns every time
Bakery items are not even fresh
Due to Mismanagement of staff the customer suffers. Other mcdonalds were closed so this was only mcdonalds in uber eats. Would not recommend.
We all ordered double blt quarter pounders..well we all got singles 1 burger had a crumbled piece of bacon, the other had double the bacon, they all had so much mayo it was disgusting, and cold too, none had the second patty! With the price we are paying! What a joke! What happened to McDonald's standards! Won't be going back if I could give a zero I would've.
They put the sauce for the nuggers but forgot to put nuggers inside the bag

I recently visited this McDonald’s for the first time, Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The day I decided to finally try it, there was a long line of six people waiting to order. I understand that demand is always high at McDonald’s, so I was prepared to wait my turn and then wait again for my food.
However, the wait turned out to be much longer than I expected. I noticed there were only two employees—one handling orders and food preparation, while the other seemed busy with some sort of inventory task. We politely asked a couple of times if the wait would be much longer, and each time, the employee responded with a slightly irritated attitude, saying it wouldn’t be too long. I understood they were likely under pressure, so I waited patiently. Almost 40 minutes later, I finally received my order, which turned out to be incorrect. At that point, though, I was too hungry to complain, so I decided to accept it as it was.
I sat down with my partner, poured my drink, and was just about to take a bite of my burger when the same employee came over and told us they were closing, and we had to leave. I asked if we could just have a few minutes to finish our food while they cleaned up or closed out their registers. She bluntly told me no. Frustrated, hungry, and after spending over an hour just to get a burger, I ended up eating my food standing outside on the street.
Another customer in a similar situation agreed with me, saying they should have informed us before ordering that dining in would not be allowed. It would’ve been reasonable to at least let us finish eating inside for a few minutes while they wrapped up their tasks.
In all honesty, I can’t understand why they couldn’t give us even 10 extra minutes to finish our meals in the dining area before closing.

Restaurantji Recommends
Despite an unfortunate accident where another customer accidentally knocked over my coffee, the overall experience was salvaged by the manager's intervention. While the initial response from a staff member was less than satisfactory, the manager stepped in, addressed the situation, and ensured I was taken care of. I appreciate the manager's efforts to make things right.

Had a big Mac for $4 from the App, and the guy was cross-contaminating, touching his jeans and then the burger without washing his hands. Not the type I was expecting, and the manager tried to defend the worker.
