Menchies Frozen Yogurt

Very poor behaviour by old bald uncle working there he didn’t know how to talk with customers and even their ice cream taste was so disgusting i throw all the ice in garbage if i made ice cream at home i am pretty sure that it will 200 times better than this garbage if i get chance to give rating in negative i will definitely give - infinity to that restaurant not worthed to visit. Still he didn’t accept his fault amd compares with me somebody like frozen yogurt is also a kind of ice cream and we bought strawberry and mango flavoured which was totally garbage a
Nd now he replied so rude because how he gone now
I am dasher without any proof so poor behaviour

The cheese cake was frozen and not edible

We ordered two cheesecakes for $18, they were stonehard served in a plastic container and not ready to eat at all, we complained and we were simply told that we should sit and wait until it melts!

Would love to rate well, but they weren't open on a day they were supposed to be open, and we drove all the way here for nothing

Very rude with customers

Owner was very rude.

The owner is absolutely rude! I was just in there and he spoke to me and other customers rudely. Heaven forbid you ask him a question. I will never go back here again. On top of this, he is listening to something on his phone and has it playing loudly. He looks at customers with disgust.

Bad customer service I ever seen in Canada

The worst condition of cleanliness I’ve ever seen…
The owner was cutting fruit with his BARE hands at the counter right in front of the cash register machine. There wasn’t any cutting board…just one small layer of brown paper towel that we sometimes see in low budget washrooms. I gave him the look, he paused cutting and touched the register machine, and things around it. Then, he went back to cutting the fruits… without washing his hands! He picked up the chopped fruit and placed them into a to-go order (probably an uber order) and the rest in the fruit compartments. I was in shock…It was one of the most disgusting things I have seen. He had no shame, it looked like he has been doing this all the time. On top of that, he rudely yelled at us to push the lever down when we were reading the labels on the yogurt machine.
Please save your time, money and health. Don’t consider this place for your dessert.

12:50 and the open sign is on. The doors are locked and lights are out. Drove a far way to enjoy some frozen yogurt and it says there open and it’s locked

The owner is rude and disrespectful. Be ready to tolerate his bad attitude from many years. He needs to learn how to talk politely and treat others kindly or just don’t work at all. The yogurt is watery and melts very quickly anyways. Not worth a dime.

I used to love this place! But I understand now why they’re all closing. It’s a great place for kids but the frozen yogurt is just frozen sugar water, and half the flavours weren’t working. Toppings were same as usual but mostly stale unfortunately. Couldn’t finish my treat this time cause it gave me the ick, but at least i have the memories!

I had the Oreo ice cream and it was absolutely delicious but when I saw how much it cost I almost had a stroke. I feel sorry for the parents who bring their children here because boy they will be spending some money. other than that great service and clean washroom
