Frozen yogurt doesn't taste fresh. Toppings look old and undesirable. Dropped a spoon and gave it to the owner. He RINSED IT and put it back in the toppings. Place is disgusting and smells musty. Tables and napkin holders are dirty. Please get the health inspection agency in here.

I’ve always loved Menchie’s, and it’s my go-to spot. However, my experience tonight, December 21 at 9 PM, was disappointing due to the behavior of the staff member working at that time. He was on his phone, speaking loudly, and didn’t acknowledge or welcome customers as they came in.

When my 5-year-old sister wanted to try a flavor sample, he seemed unwilling to provide the small sample cups, which was frustrating. Later, when I went to pay for my cup, I placed it on the right side of the scale, which was working and displayed the correct weight. Instead of simply processing it, he pointed to the left scale and curtly said, “Here”.

This level of service was unacceptable and left a negative impression, especially for such a family-friendly place.

Unprofessional, bad attitude, and terrible service

There are so many things wrong with this place that I will never come back here again. First, the toppings were old and tasted wrong, and many of the ice cream machines didn’t have anything in them. The old man who worked there sneaked in extra tips without letting me know, and had terrible service. Another thing was the place was that it was dirty and everything about it seemed neglected. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to be served nothing but disappointment.

Should update your hours online and in store - drove all the way there this afternoon at 12:45 only to find the store closed even though according to their business hours online and posted on the door they should have been open. Inconvenient and frustrating.

some of their ice cream is rotten! i was dispensing vanila icecream and the colour was off white so i tasted it, and it was rotten… and the owner is on his phone watching something full volume it’s not very pleasant

Never been able to go. Gone 6 separate times , never opened on times , open at 12:30 I came at 1 never opened opened at 2 came at 3:30 not opened OPEN ON TIMES

I recently visited Menchies at highgate and was left quite disappointed by the experience. While the selection of products was decent, the owner's attitude overshadowed everything else. He seemed uninterested and in particular, was dismissive and rude. When I asked for assistance, I felt more like an inconvenience than a customer. It’s a shame because the shop has potential, but unless there’s a change in customer service, I won't be returning.

We went to this location because it was closer, despite the lower reviews, and we wish we didn’t. My main concern is the lack of cleanliness on every surface. Something we’ve never experienced at a Menchie’s before.
