My wife said that she was craving for BBQ, then we passed this new open Chinese BBQ on Kingsway Burnaby. It is clean and has family ambience. The service is very friendly. There are many beef option that makes my wife happy. What makes it standout is that they offer free complements such as fried peanuts, prawn cracker and seaweed salad. Also there are different kinds of sauces available for free choices that are usually only offered in hotpot restaurants. It is hidden gem.
Mr Beggar Grill is a Chinese BBQ fusion with Korean and some Japanese dishes.Honestly, I expected the food to be good, but I was happy we decided to eat here. Amazing Chinese northern do-it-yourself BBQ. We came here around 10 and the owner was super friendly and welcoming. We ordered some beef and DO get the lettuce! My wife was talent enough to make the best sauce and sorry if you don’t have one, but their sauce bar is amazing with small dishes and a wide selection of choices. Overall great experience, and we will definitely come back for late dinner and snacks.By the way, order the yogurt donut as your desert. Best in the town!
