The waitress who might be the owner is very rude and condescending! Will never come back.

2024.06 Standard pancake fruit is 6.5 yuan, add 1 yuan to upgrade to double eggs.

The portion size is much bigger than I was expecting. The menu is a little confusing for people who don't understand Chinese however, you essentially pick between a crispy or donut-like wrap and then add toppings to it (in addition to the standard egg, cilantro, etc.) There also some add ons that aren't translated on the menu.

The people who run the stall are friendly but if you don't speak Chinese you're going to have a language barrier if you have questions.

It's the best-tasting chinese crepe I've ever had in Vancouver, and you can customize it with a variety of toppings such as sausage, shredded potatoes, and more. However, the beverage options are just average.

The standard jianbing with milk tea was around $10. The basic jianbing came with either the Chinese donut or the crispy thing. I didn’t know I had to order the toppings separately otherwise it didn’t come with anything other than the jianbing. Not really value for money if you’re just eating egg and crispy thing. Was a bit disappointed. The milk tea was a good size. Wait was only around 5 minutes for a weekday evening.

Crepe at a reasonable price. Tastes good. Added cucumber for a refreshing taste.

Best 煎饼果子 in town!!! One bite and I’m back in a Beijing hutong.

Thought I’d give it a try. Amaaaazing. I love the crispy one. I keep coming back. Milk tea meal deal good too.

The basic jianbing’ pricing is fine. The options with added on are Quite pricey for the location and offering.Took a long wait and I saw they made one of the jianbing with the egg not even spread out.Asked for medium spicy and I did see them put on quite a bit of chili sauce but was not spicy at all.The fried crisp stayed crispy and that’s a good thing. Overall a standard jianbing. Nothing wrong with the one I got.

Best jianbing (Chinese crepe) in Vancouver. Much better than places in Richmond. Been coming here all the time for almost 10 years and quality just keeps getting better. One of my favourite places to eat.
